Surkhet Kailali Link Road | Shortest Road for Karnali Province to connect Terai | Karnali River View

Surkhet Kailali Link Road can be one of the most important highways for the development of Karnali Province. It will reduce the connection length from 200km to 52km and most important is traditionally this route is used by local people of Hunla, Jumla, Dolpa, Achham, Bajura for movement towards terai and for business, now finally the government is taking the initiative to develop this traditional trade route which is a good sign, 350m long bridge over Bheri river is completed and 300 meters long multi-span arch bridge over Karnali is under progress which is shown in this video.

increase connectivity and boost the economy
shortest way to connect Karnali Lokmarg with the east-west or Mahendra highway
Travel time and distance can be reduced for Surkhet, Kalikot, Dailekh, Jumla, Humla, Dolpa, Mugu, Bajura and Achham Districts
Baddichaur Kohalpur Chisapani distance can be reduced to 52 Kilometers from 200KM
will give the shortest way to connect Karnali Province with India
will be easy for people travelling for employment and business towards India
Promoting tourism, cash crops and medicinal herbs in the region
can be an important route for big development projects like Hydropower
