Awesome setup, hopefully one day I can have something like that on my Tacoma.

Thanks man!! It’s a slow and steady process for sure, just gotta prioritize which parts are most important and cost effective! But you don’t need all the fancy stuff to go out and explore! A stock Tacoma on good tires will get you most places!

@@freedomroamers Yeah going to start with the lift and larger wheels and tires first. Then build it up from there, I’m sure it will take a few years to get it where I want it but it will be a fun project to wrench on. I used to have a lifted 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ a few years back an loved to take it out in the sand dunes and work on it. I just have some factory sized Falken AT3W’s on the Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4 for now. I have been going out to the desert and sand dunes to explore since I got the Tacoma about 3 weeks ago. I hadn’t been out there for a few years and it been fun, going out there more now and seeing what it can do, which is impressive for a stock Tacoma.

Do you have a re-enforced shell for your mounted RTT, if not have you had any issue ? I want to do the same with my truck

Nope! Just a normal ARE shell and Prinsu Top Rack. Absolutely no issues! 🤘🏼 - Noah

It’s just a Sportsman’s Plano case. I keep a Coleman stove, jetboil, plates and utensils in there
