Now thiiiiis is the Lindy Hop I love!! I’ve been looking through swing dance and lindy hop flash mob videos for 30 minutes now and they’re all too slow and too simplistic! It’s supposed to be like this! Energetic and jitterbugy!

I love the way that dance trancends all boundaries.

Now THIS is how you do a proper flash mob; with a couple dozen people doing some excellent Lindy Hopping. And to anyone who hasn't heard of Lindy Hop, go try it out! It's so much fun (especially if, like me, you get addicted to fast-beat Charleston), and the basics are really easy to pick up.

Wow! Great fun! Good dancing! Please, more, more, more "happy surprises" in Stockholm! And then the text in the info section here: "The event was created in the Landmark Education Self Expression and Leadership Program". Very nice! I have done The Landmark Forum Course, The Advanced Course and more!! Yes, hurray Stockholm! And hurray for Landmark Education! :)

I have an urge to do this at Worcestershire Station and I'm 74. Still belly dance though. All good fun and it is what we need in this unpleasant and miserable World. Good luck to everyone who has the coursge to have a go. DodieDawDaw

@irishpenguin64 Usually for flash mob there would be like a dance routine shared among the people who wants to join.

In July 2009 we were on our way to Stockholm but the people on our way were so nasty we decided to turn around. I've been to Sweden before but in a different part and we didn't have that experience before but because of that we never went to Stockholm and probably missed this. Such a shame, these people might have been a lot more fun.

@jerramy Keep your political beliefs out of this. do not try to warp the fun and laughter that comes with people truly just trying to have some fun in a flash mob, to the people in the street demanding government reform. Also the 'occupy wall street' movement isn't worldwide. It is in america.
