Just to clarify "no you should not... it will drag all the ions and salts out of your body" a lot of these statements about distilled water are just 100% wrong, there are no actual negative effects from drinking distilled water outside of the fact that due to the distillation process it is lacking in nutrients that you would get from regular water. Distilled water is even useful for some people with compromised kidney function due to the lack of nutrients that they might have problems filtering.
