Actually in this instance, the 8 is circling the Ego (Suga on the stage) and his Shadow (in the crowd) which is a famous drawing/idea by Carl Jung.

The first part is yoongi's/suga's/ bts' monologue on who he/ they wanted to be when they first debut and also how felt sometimes now at the top which kinda sad ... like he is suffocating .... and the beat change it represent all of his shadows (back to map of soul theory bout what shadow represent) ... it feels like the shadows is hunting him and suffocates him relentlessly.... uwhich reminds me when v said during vlive how scary sasaeng is .... and also the fact that how lonely it can be not be able to hv a normal life ... its not like they regret where they are right now but because they just a normal human and they sometimes they longing for the normal life ... for me the song is genius as it is ...they are a good storyteller.... this is like their conversation with their shadows

Ok so I won't tell u much but o!rul82? was bts's old song from 2 cool for skool album and suga used the same beat which is connected idk how but it is. Lmao you're right about him fighting his inner demon ( shadow) and how he's saying how lonely it is from the top and being rich and famous comes with lots of struggles that many artists don't talk about.

Ahhhh I almost screamed when I saw that you had uploaded another reaction! I'm so glad you saw my comment ✨ Don't worry about getting everything right now, at the moment you're still in the beginning, and the songs you hear and the mvs you see are not for pure theorizing but also for enjoyment. RM once said that he tries to write music that gets better with every listen and that stays with you for a long time and I think that the whole theory part doesn't necessarily take the center spot. But someone else has probably mapped the order out for you already (although the Wings Short Films are numbered so you probably can't go wrong with the order there). What you should know, however, is that the Wings Short Films tend to have Korean writing in them and you should probably look for a version with English subtitles.
