This was very interesting. As a former christian........... Once I've reached the book of Matthew, that is when I got that ah-ha awakened moment and dropped Christianity out of my life. I'll never forget that day and where I was at that moment.

@Jomy Mathew The problem is you don't know what Jesus said. Those quotes are worn in Greek. Jesus pbuh most likely spoke Aramaic not koine Greek. And the gospels conflict in what Jesus supposedly said. Apart from where they copy from each other. Moving from errant texts like that, to such certainty in your dogma is illogical.

@Jomy Mathew : "What then will the owner of the vineyard do?? He will come and kill those tenants..." Why would the owner of the vineyard kill the tenants?? Anyway, The owner's purpose of sending his son was to let the son be killed by the tenants, wasn't it?? In other words, the owner of the vineyard deliberately sent his son in order that the son could be killed by the tenants. Sorry, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me.

That is exactly the point he never says as Jesus said to me and I said to Jesus, the reason being Matthew is not the author of Matthew. except for 7 letters of Pauls, the rest of the books in the New Testament are Authors unknown. APOCRICAL, FABRICATED, SPURIOUS AND DUBIOUS... Read Matthew 9:9 Luke 1: 1-2-3-4 John 19:35...John 21:24-25 You will find these people are not the authors, they tell you themselves. They never talked, walked or knew Jesus.

Injeel is NOT from Shaitan but it is Allah’s revelation to our beloved prophet Isa PUH. Prophet Isa PUH used to teach Injeel to his Muslim followers. Yes, Prophet Isa was a Muslim as his followers were too. We are as educated Muslims highly respect previous revelations like Injeel and Torah as Allah SW ordered us to do. 2. Spirit is hovering over and directs Paul and others in the Acts later. Matthew is a stirrer ? Luke and John to follow before his final conclusion ?. Good insight of the gospels. Well done Paul. Wow. A different prospective. Love the dialog. Mathew was my favorite as well because it does emphasize the observance of the law which Christians moved passed a long time ago. Only question that still remains is the reason Mathew sent Jesus to Egypt which we know is not historically accurate. Thus this addition invites an explanation. Surely people around his time would have challenged him on this. Or was this addition at a later time by someone else. Was it intentional distortion of facts. I kind of understand why it was added, as it affirms the Jewishness of Jesus but I still don’t understand how can he get away with it.... again great video and looking forward to exploring Luke.

I would add ch.18 "On Life and Leadership in the Christian Community" to be as great a challenge to any Church leader as the Washing of the Feet in John. Matthew was my favourite Gospel because it is the teaching Gospel and I have taught Scripture for 46 years. But we are in need of the challenge in all four as well as Paul and the Hebrew Scriptures which were the Bible for Jesus himself.

Isaiah 42 talks about the coming of a new Prophet for the Gentiles: “Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight, I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope. This is what God the Lord says- the Creator of the heavens, who stretches them out, who spreads out the earth with all that springs from it, who gives breath to its people, and life to those who walk on it: I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, to open eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison and to release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness. “I am the Lord; that is my name! I will not yield my glory to another or my praise to idols. See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.”''- Isaiah 42:10 This part of the chapter talks about an upcoming Prophet who shall have a covenant with God and shall bring light to the Gentiles. This part cannot apply to Jesus as Jesus himself says: ''Then Jesus said to the woman, “I was sent only to help God’s lost sheep-the people of Israel.”''- Matthew 15:24 The prophecy says that the Prophet shall bring righteousness to the Gentiles and God shall not allow His praise to be given to idols. Prophet Muhammad was sent to Arabs who were Gentiles and brought them from idol worship to worshipping God alone. ''Sing to the Lord a new song, his praise from the ends of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is in it, you islands, and all who live in them. Let the wilderness and its towns raise their voices; let the settlements where Kedar lives rejoice. Let the people of Sela sing for joy; let them shout from the mountaintops. Let them give glory to the Lord and proclaim his praise in the islands. The Lord will march out like a champion, like a warrior he will stir up his zeal. With a shout he will raise the battle cry and will triumph over his enemies. “For a long time I have kept silent, I have been quiet and held myself back. But now, like a woman in childbirth, I cry out, I gasp and pant. I will lay waste the mountains and hills and dry up all their vegetation I will turn rivers into islands and dry up the pools. I will lead the blind by ways they have not known, along unfamiliar paths I will guide them, I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them. But those who trust in idols, who say to images, ‘You are our gods,’ will be turned back in utter shame.''- Isaiah 42:11-17 This part talks about the Prophet bringing a new law. This cannot apply to Jesus as he lived by Mosaic law. The chapter says that this Song shall envelop the Earth. Muslims read The Quran, praising God from all over the world. This Prophecy is even more specific as it tells us where this Prophet shall be. It says that this Prophet shall be from the settlements of Kedar. Where is Kedar? The OT tells us: ''“‘Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were your customers; they did business with you in lambs, rams and goats.''- Ezekiel 27:21 This Prophet must be from Arabia. Where shall this Prophet be? Near the mountain of Sela. Sela is a mountain in Madina, where the Prophet Muhammad lived. It continues and says that this Prophet shall fight and will triumph over his enemies. Prophet Muhammad defeated his enemies and triumphed over them. It says that idolaters will be turned back in utter shame. Prophet Muhammad defeated them and the idolaters were defeated. “Hear, you deaf; look, you blind, and see! Who is blind but my servant, and deaf like the messenger I send? Who is blind like the one in covenant with me, blind like the servant of the Lord? You have seen many things, but you pay no attention; your ears are open, but you do not listen.” It pleased the Lord for the sake of his righteousness to make his law great and glorious. But this is a people plundered and looted, all of them trapped in pits or hidden away in prisons. They have become plunder, with no one to rescue them, they have been made loot, with no one to say, “Send them back.” Which of you will listen to this or pay close attention in time to come? Who handed Jacob over to become loot, and Israel to the plunderers? Was it not the Lord, against whom we have sinned? For they would not follow his ways; they did not obey his law. So he poured out on them his burning anger, the violence of war. It enveloped them in flames, yet they did not understand; it consumed them, but they did not take it to heart.''- Isaiah 42:18-25 This is the end of the chapter. Here, the Torah gives a severe warning and chastises those who reject this Prophet. It tells the people being addressed they have seen many things, they reject them and do not pay attention. The Quran also chastises the unbelievers in this way: ''As for those who disbelieve and reject Our signs they will be the residents of the Hellfire.''- Quran 5:86 ''And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed [i.e., difficult] life, and We will gather [i.e., raise] him on the Day of Resurrection blind."- Quran 20:124 The chapter says, ''Which of you will listen to this or pay close attention in time to come?'' This is a question to the Children of Israel and tells them to pay close attention when the time of this Prophet comes. This is similar to the Quran when it says: ''O People of the Book! Now Our Messenger has come to you, revealing much of what you have hidden of the Scriptures and disregarding much. There certainly has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book.''- Quran 5:15 And peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions - و صل الله علي سيدنل محمد و علي أالهى و اصحايه اجمعين

Judiasm as a religion name was never called out by Abraham, Moses and Jesus (peace upon all of them). Being a 'Jew' is an ethnic group not a religion. This is more good stuff. Why should the dual mission be a paradox? This was (after all) the pattern of the early Church, and this is the pattern we see emerging in Luke/Acts. Indeed, it remained the pattern until Christian enmity for Jews raised its ugly head after the diaspora and conflict between the two heightened as a result. It is still the pattern in some parts of the global church. What also seems odd to me is the sense of some sort of historical tension between Gentile church vs Jewish church (or as you would put it, Paul vs Peter). We know this isn't an issue as the relationship is spelled out clearly in Acts. It is the one area where it would appear that Luke was aware of the Jewish nature of Matthew's gospel in that nature, of a Jewish church which contains Gentiles, and also the reasoning behind observance by Jews of the covenant of Moses (which is the basis of the Law) as opposed to sufficient adherence so as to avoid controversy within the church (and possibly a reference to the Noahide covenant) by Gentiles. All bound up in the new covenant in Jesus. We know that, in general, there was a disagreement within the church between the "Judiazers" (those who would impose the Law on gentiles) and those who would not. But that was dealt with in the Council of Jerusalem, and thereafter the remnants of that movement continued to agitate and so are mentioned by the likes of Ignatius as still being an issue. Or have I misunderstood?

@mikehutton3937

@@johnbrzykcy3076 From my perspective (and it is a relief as I'm one of those pesky Gentiles) the transition to accepting Gentile members within the Church is both foreshadowed in the Gospels (and IIRC the OT as well), but is primarily borne out by the practical experience of the 1st Century church as it increasingly moved out from Jerusalem and Judea as a whole. There is within Judaism the idea that the Jews are a light to the Gentiles (Isa 49:6) Jesus occasionally deals with Gentiles, albeit reluctantly, in the Gospels (Matt 8 & 15) So there is some precedent for the apostles to follow. When the apostles do go out to the synagogues outside of Judea they encounter first Gentiles who attend synagogues, and then Gentiles outside of the synagogue context. What happens when these people hear the gospel? Well, by the accounts we have in Acts, their acceptance of the message is accompanied by manifestations of the Holy Spirit, by which we have to presume all or fewer of the gifts mentioned in 1 Corinthians. It is also worth noting that Jesus uses miracles to reinforce His teaching, particularly when it came to His being able to forgive sins. So God backing up the work of the Kingdom with signs also has precedent within Jesus' ministry. What to do about that? You have to spread the Gospel, but when Gentiles are saved they are saved without being circumcised first. Indeed, the manifestations of being saved continue in spite of their uncircumcision. So from my perspective the transformation of the "mission" of Jesus to a global challenge occurs primarily after Pentecost, and is a direct result of the evidence put in front of the disciples. After all, they'd been sent out twice before. So they weren't completely new to this. Hence the dispute which was resolved (for most or at least some) at the Council of Jerusalem in Acts 15. From my perspective it matters not whether the Great Commission at the end of Matthew (and actually Luke as well) is an invention in the mind of skeptical academics or not. The narrative in Acts, paralleled in other accounts, explains what happened and why. Is the above of any use?

@@mikehutton3937 YES... your comments are of great use and thought-provoking. I hope some Muslims read your comments and think over what you said. @mikehutton3937
@mikehutton3937 3 жыл бұрын
@@johnbrzykcy3076 The "it matters not" is down to the existence of multiple evidences which show that the Gospel was intended to become a global commission. The key evidence is in Acts. But the foretelling of the Gospel being taken to the Gentiles is there in both Matthew and Acts (it is heavily implied in John as well). So even if skeptic academics pooh pooh one strand which calls this change from national to international mission, there are plenty more independent sources which support it as well. I could almost say the evidence is overwhelming. All I do is take the Bible holistically and yet at face value, and treat it as a evolutionary and (as far as possible) non-dogmatic series of revelations. That type of reading of scripture is quite alien to many Muslims, not to mention the odd academic or two. Key areas of theology help, such as understanding covenants and accurate exegesis help. An interest in the writings of the early Church fathers and early church struggles with Gnosticism in particular helps. Thank you for your kind words. God bless you too.

Neither of these two writers fixated on Jesus adhering rigidly to the Torah, although we know that Paul himself, seems to have followed it. There was also, in the life of the early church, the non-Judaic practice of the breaking of bread in the community. We know that Jesus was Torah observant. Bible is a very interesting book to study! It amazes me how some learned people still claim that Bible is a divine word of God. Matthew 2:23 claims and called Jesus a Nazarene to fulfill the prophecy of the Old Testament but there's no where in the OT that it was prophesied that the Messiah will be called or referred to as a Nazarene!

@Jomy Mathew 😂😂😂😂😂, I want to wee-wee 🏃‍♂️! We all know that the Hadith is the collection of the life of Prophet Muhammad saw. There are quite a lot of untraceable stories and fabrications found in the Hadith that were sneaked into the Hadith by the desperate Christians and Jews at the time when the Hadith was being collected, all this were done by the enemy of Prophet Muhammad saw just to cause confusions and division among the followers of Prophet Muhammad saw. We thank Allah swt for granting the Muslims scholars right from the life time of prophet Muhammad SAW till date the abilities to differentiate facts and false and able to filter the fabrications. I wish you Christians were able to filter and remove the despicable claims in the Bible too. Jesus said in John 16:13 "When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth. For he will not speak on his own, but he will speak whatever he hears. He will also declare to you what is to come." I won't be surprised if you disagree with this verse because you Christians are illogical; refused to use your heads.

Which holy spirit? Is it the one that appears to Jesus as a dove during baptism? Or the one that led him to the wilderness? Is it the one that dwells in us? Or the one that crunched the disciples in the book of Acts? I have never seen a book that is as ridiculous as that book called "bible."

Son of man returning refers to the wrath of God , because the Jews rejected Jesus and it happened in the year 70 AD at the hands of the Romans. The end of the world/time refers to end of Jewish society in Palestine. That is what mattered not the rest of the world. The entire world was not even known to people living in Palestine

Paul is getting the wrong end of the stick! Jesus saw himself as the Suffering Servant of Isaiah 53, else he would not have allowed himself to be arrested to be crucified according to Isaiah 53 and Psalm 22. The fact is that Jesus saw himself in many of the Prophecies and understood himself as being the one spoken of in Isaiah 42, in which he saw himself as covenantally given to Israel but through that the "Light to the Gentiles" - hence the instruction to preach to the Nations. The problem with Dale Martin's assertion that Gentiles should keep the law in Matthew, is that it contradicts the covenantal distinction of the Jewish people, particularly by circumcision - the mark of the Jewish people. Paul is again mistaken in claiming that Martin's view of Matthew's Torah keeping church is 'unknown today' - this is not true because it does exist in certain parts of the Messianic Jewish community.

You are reading your bible, probably in the English language, but the Gospels were written in the Greek language. Jesus spoke Aramaic, the Old Testament was written in the Hebrew language. Now can you see the confusion and mistranslations that can occur? And have occurred. Isaiah 53 and Isaiah 42 are all intentionally or Unintentionally mistranslated verses into Greek. There are at least 200 very important words that are wrongly translated according to my studies.

The mistakes and contradictions in the bible which proof that bible ain't Words of God : ~Who was the second son of David : Kileab or Daniel ? "Now sons were born to David in Hebron. His firstborn was Amnon, born to Ahinoam the Jezreelite. His second son was Kileab, born to Abigail the widow of Nabal the Carmelite. His third son was Absalom, the son of Maacah daughter of King Talmai of Geshur." ( 2 samuel 3 : 2, 3 ). But at the other verse : "These were the sons of David who were born to him in Hebron: The firstborn was Amnon, whose mother was Ahinoam from Jezreel; the second was Daniel, whose mother was Abigail from Carmel." ( 1 chronicles 3 : 1 ) ~A son was older than his biological father . 2 chronicles 21 : 5, 20 : Joram was 32 years old and became king and ruled Jerusalem for 8 years and then died (at the age of 40). Then,( 2 Chronicles 22:1 - 2) : After Joram died, he was succeeded by his son Ahaziah at the age of 42. So Ahaziah is 2 years older than his father. ~Ahaz was 20 years old when he ascended and ruled the kingdom for 16 years ( 2 Kings 16 : 2). After the death of Ahaz, his son Hezekiah replaced the throne of the kingdom ( 2 Kings 16 : 20). Hezekiah was 25 years old when he became king ( 2 Kings 18 : 2). Let's calculate how old Ahaz when Hezekiah was born ! 20 + 16 - 25 = 11 years old . How could an 11-years-old kid had a son while naturally men produce sperm and testosterone hormone by the age 15 ?

Another undisputed contradictions in bible : ~How many children did David have from his concubines : 11 or 13 ? "These are the names of children born to him in Jerusalem: Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, Solomon, Ibhar, Elishua, Nepheg, Japhia, Elishama, Eliada, and Eliphelet." ( 2 samuel 5 : 14 - 16 ). So, they were 11 . But at the others verses : "These are the names of children born to him in Jerusalem: Shammua, Shobab, Nathan, Solomon, Ibhar, Elishua, Elpelet, Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, Elishama, Beeliada, and Eliphelet." ( 2 chronicles 14 : 3 - 7 ). So, they were 13 . How was it possible that "GOD" confused with the children of David ? ~Who was the grandfather of jesus : jacob or eli ? "and Jacob the father of Joseph, the husband of Mary, by whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ." ( matthew 1 : 16 ). But at the other verse : "So Jesus, when he began his ministry, was about thirty years old. He was the son (as was supposed) of Joseph, the son of Heli." ( luke 3 : 23 ). So, who was the grandfather of jesus : jacob or heli ? If jesus is son of "god", how was it possible that "god" forgot the grandfather of his son ? ~What time was jesus crucified ? "It was nine o’clock in the morning when they crucified him." ( mark 15 : 25 ). But at the other verse : "(Now it was the day of preparation for the Passover, about noon ) Pilate said to the Jewish leaders, “Look, here is your king!" Then they shouted out, “Away with him! Away with him! Crucify him!” Pilate asked, “Shall I crucify your king?” The high priests replied, “We have no king except Caesar!”Then Pilate handed him over to them to be crucified.( john 19 : 14 - 16 ) So, what time was jesus crucified ? At nine o'clock or at noon or afternoon ?

More contradictions in bible : ~How did Judas die ? "(Now this man Judas acquired a field with the reward of his unjust deed, and falling headfirst he burst open in the middle and all his intestines gushed out." ( acts 1 : 18 ). But at the other verse : "So Judas threw the silver coins into the temple and left. Then he went out and hanged himself." ( matthew 27 : 5 ). SO, JUDAS DIED OF SUICIDE OR FELL DOWN ? ~The genealogy between David & jesus contradicts between bible verses: Jesus was a descendant of David from the line of Solomon (Matthew 1: 1 - 16), but in another verse: Jesus was a descendant of David from the line of Nathan (Luke 3: 23 - 31). SO, IF JESUS IS SON OF "GOD", HOW COULD "GOD" GOT CONFUSED BY THE GENEALOGY OF HIS SON ? ~The number of David's army of Judah differs between bible verses : "Joab reported the number of warriors to the king. In Israel there were 800,000 sword-wielding warriors, and in Judah there were 500,000 soldiers." ( 2 samuel 24 : 9 ). But at the other verse : "Joab reported to David the number of warriors. In all Israel there were 1,100,000 sword-wielding soldiers; Judah alone had 470,000 sword-wielding soldiers." ( 1 chronicles 21 : 5 ) SO, WHICH ONE IS RIGHT ? OR " GOD" FORGOT TO USE CALCULATOR ?

Do you wanna some more ? Your wish is granted. Another contradictions in bible : ~How many supervisors did Solomon have ? 3,600 or 3,300 ? "Solomon had 70,000 common laborers and 80,000 stonecutters in the hills, in addition to 3,600 supervisors." ( 2 chronicles 2 : 2 ). But at the others verses : "Solomon also had 70,000 common laborers and 80,000 stonecutters in the hills, besides 3,300 officials who supervised the workers." ( 1 kings 5 : 15, 16 ) THERE WERE 300 PEOPLE IN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE VERSES. "GOD" CAN'T AFFORD TO COMMIT SUCH A MISTAKE EVEN IF JUST ONE PERSON. WHAT ABOUT 300 PEOPLE ? ~How much water did the large basin called " the dead sea " can hold ? 18,000 gallons or 12,000 gallons ? "It was four fingers thick and its rim was like that of a cup shaped like a lily blossom. It could hold 18,000 gallons." ( 2 chronicles 4 : 5 ). But at the other verse : "It was four fingers thick and its rim was like that of a cup shaped like a lily blossom. It could hold about 12,000 gallons." ( 1 kings 7 : 26 ) IT SEEMED THAT "GOD" IN BIBLE HAD A BIG PROBLEM WITH MATHS . ~Who was scribe for David ? Shavsha or Seraiah ? "Zadok son of Ahitub and Abimelech son of Abiathar were priests; Shavsha was scribe." ( 1 chronicles 18 : 16 ). But at the other verse : "Zadok son of Ahitub and Ahimelech son of Abiathar were priests; Seraiah was scribe." ( 2 samuel 8 : 17 ) PLEASE, DON'T TELL ME THAT SHE WAS A WOMAN WITH TWO IDENTITIES !

I guess you need more contradictions in the bible . ~How many Aramean charioteers that have been killed by David ? 700 or 7,000 ? "The Arameans fled before Israel. David killed 700 Aramean charioteers and 40,000 foot soldiers. He also struck down Shobach, the general in command of the army, who died there." ( 2 samuel 10 : 18 ). But at the other verse : "The Arameans fled before Israel. David killed 7,000 Aramean charioteers and 40,000 infantrymen; he also killed Shophach the commanding general." ( 1 chronicles 19 : 18 ) Another contradiction : who was the general that has been killed by David ? Shobach or Shophach ? Do you think that the letter b is same with the letter ph ? THEN, I DONT THINK THAT BIDEN WILL AGREE IF HIS NAME BECOMES PHIDEN . ~From which cities were David took bronze ? Tebah and Berothai or Tibath and Kun ? "From Tebah and Berothai, Hadadezer’s cities, King David took a great deal of bronze." ( 2 samuel 8 : 8 ). But at the other verse : "From Tibhath and Kun, Hadadezer’s cities, David took a great deal of bronze. (Solomon used it to make the big bronze basin called “The Sea,” the pillars, and other bronze items." ( 1 chronicles 18 : 8 ) LIKELY, "GOD" IN THE BIBLE HAD A PROBLEM WITH GEOGRAPHY AND NOT ONLY MATHS. ~How many descendants of Jacob who went to Egypt ? 66 or 70 ? "All the direct descendants of Jacob who went to Egypt with him were sixty-six in number." ( genesis 46 : 26 ). But at the other verse : "All the people who were directly descended from Jacob numbered seventy. But Joseph was already in Egypt." Another ridiculous contradictions in bible : ~"The Lord God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you above all the wild beasts and all the living creatures of the field! On your belly you will crawl and dust you will eat all the days of your life." ( genesis 3 : 14 ) HAVE YOU EVER SEEN ANY SPECIES OF SNAKE THAT EATS DUST ? I GUESS "GOD" IN THE BIBLE MISSED THE BIOLOGY CLASS AT SCHOOL . ~How old was Ahaziah when became a king ? 42 or 22 ? "Forty and two years old [was] Ahaziah when he began to reign, and he reigned one year in Jerusalem. His mother’s name also [was] Athaliah the daughter of Omri. ( 2 chronicles 22 : 2 ). But at the others verses : "In the twelfth year of the reign of Israel’s King Joram, son of Ahab, Jehoram’s son Ahaziah became king over Judah. Ahaziah was twenty-two years old when he became king and he reigned for one year in Jerusalem. His mother was Athaliah, the granddaughter of King Omri of Israel." ( 2 kings 8 : 25 , 26 ) PERHAPS THERE WERE BILLIONS OF PEOPLE ON EARTH, SO "GOD" IN THE BIBLE COULDN'T REMEMBER THE AGE OF EACH OF THEM. ~Whose staff became a snake : Moses's staff or Aaron's ? "The Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” He said, “A staff.”The Lord said, “Throw it to the ground.” So he threw it to the ground, and it became a snake, and Moses ran from it." ( exodus 4 : 2, 3 ). But at the other verse : "When Moses and Aaron went to Pharaoh, they did so, just as the Lord had commanded them - Aaron threw down his staff before Pharaoh and his servants and it became a snake." ( exodus 7 : 10 ) WERE MOSES AND AARON TWIN BROTHERS SO "GOD" IN THE BIBLE STRUGGLED TO DIFFERENTIATE THEM ?

72. Surely, they have disbelieved who say: ''Allah is the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary).'' But the Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)] said: ''O Children of Israel! Worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.'' Verily, whosoever sets up partners in worship with Allah, then Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, and the Fire will be his abode. And for the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers) there are no helpers. 73. Surely, disbelievers are those who said: ''Allah is the third of the three (in a Trinity).'' But there is no ilah (god) (none who has the right to be worshipped) but One Ilah (God -Allah). And if they cease not from what they say, verily, a painful torment will befall the disbelievers among them. 74. Will they not repent to Allah and ask His Forgiveness? For Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 75. The Messiah ['Iesa (Jesus)], son of Maryam (Mary), was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother [Maryam (Mary)] was a Siddiqah [i.e. she believed in the words of Allah and His Books (see Verse 66:12)]. They both used to eat food (as any other human being, while Allah does not eat). Look how We make the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) clear to them, yet look how they are deluded away (from the truth). 76. Say (O Muhammad SAW to mankind): ''How do you worship besides Allah something which has no power either to harm or to benefit you? But it is Allah Who is the All-Hearer, All-Knower.'' 77. Say (O Muhammad SAW): ''O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Exceed not the limits in your religion (by believing in something) other than the truth, and do not follow the vain desires of people who went astray in times gone by, and who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.'' 5 min in and I am blown away - Dale! So they didn't have TV and Radio in 100 AD - nothing gets past you. So according to your standards all cultures that don't have a written accounting of their history are just to be written off because you can't see the original documents - so everything south of equator (lots of Black and Brown folks down there). I would point out that written history - even from multiple sources does not represent an accurate description of events related to various biases by the writers, current political views, publishers views and so forth. Funny how June 19th - never mentioned once in my entire life is now valid and the issues with Christopher Columbus silent for 500 years are now valid - because of educated men like you? But the Gospel can't be trusted because after 2000 years it seems there is no evidence that it was written within a time that would suit you and todays standards 100, 80. 50, 40, 30 how bout 10 years after the resurrection? Recent example following the events of 911 - various news sources showed multiple stories Islamic nations celebrating and dancing in the streets singing "Death to America". This past 911 there was silence regarding how these people responded. As the history machine is reshaping things so we can all get along - well until we are dead and they are dancing again. History and Memory are both faulted means to reconstruct a moment in history and in no way should have anything to do with the Gospel or it's creditability - unless these views are applied to all historical events you have no business applying them here. I dislike expressing these views - but I want to serve my Father when I can - as he has done everything for me. He has a standing offer out their for anyone who cares to serve him - he invites you in (not the other way around). Everyone reading this has been spoken to by him - just like me you never heard it - quite your life and get a relationship with the most powerful force in the universe. See you in line for judgement day - I will surely be going to hell perhaps after judgement we can share and UBER to Hades.

Absolute shambles! Sir! did I hear you right? Jesus considered himself "inferior" to John the Baptist! How can that be? How is the so called "son of God" inferior to anyone at all?

How could anyone forget the statement of Jesus in Mat. and Luke ... "I tell you among those born of women there is none greater than John the baptist". Humbling to those who believe in the divinety of Jesus.

@@10tealeaf is it just me, or is there in the last ten years or so a huge exodus out of Christianity? On this channel there are former Christians who have finally seen the nonsensical contradictions in the New testament!

Allah almighty, the only god that the messiah Jesus son of Mary (peace be upon them both) had worshiped, says: (116. And Allah will say, “O Jesus son of Mary, did you say to the people, `Take me and my mother as gods rather than Allah?'“ He will say, “Glory be to You! It is not for me to say what I have no right to. Had I said it, You would have known it. You know what is in my soul, and I do not know what is in Your soul. You are the Knower of the hidden. 117. I only told them what You commanded me: that you shall worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. And I was a witness over them while I was among them; but when You took me to Yourself, You became the Watcher over them-You are Witness over everything. 118. If You punish them, they are Your servants; but if You forgive them, You are the Mighty and Wise.” 119. Allah will say, “This is a Day when the truthful will benefit from their truthfulness.” They will have Gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will remain forever. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him. That is the great attainment. 120. To Allah belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth and what lies in them, and He has power over everything.) sourate 5 al-ma'idah (the table) ayah 116 to 120
