🥒ABOUT BEFRS:
Hey, I’m Sonny! I’m from the US but currently call Vietnam home. I’ve been living in Asia for 10 years and started making food and travel videos to document my experiences. People either enjoyed my undeniable charm or enjoyed watching me eat things like coconut worms, and thus Best Ever Food Review Show came to be.
I travel to different parts of the world, hunting down and documenting the most unique food each country has to offer. If you see any factual food errors in my videos, please feel free to politely let me know in the comments. I'm a huge fan of trying different, interesting foods in each country. My show is from a Western point of view, but more importantly, MY point of view. It is not meant to offend any person or culture.
Don’t forget to subscribe to Best Ever Food Review Show, so we can connect through food and travel and become Bestys!

"eat one on the way" loooool Reminds me of a time I was in Chicago. I was staying with some college girls. We woke up starving hungry. I said to the girls I'll go get breakfast. They gave me the address of this bagel joint around the corner. I ordered three bagels, as the girls insisted on not ordering more, yet thinking is that going to be enough? In London bagels are the size of small donuts. They gave me three large pizza boxes. I was confused, hungover, and extremely hungry. I didn't argue. On my way back I could smell the cheese coming through the boxes. Opened a box and there it was, a bagel size of a large pizza. Never should have tasted it. I got back with only two boxes and half a kilo of cheese and mushroom all over my face and body.

A country that holds a glorious past, a country so rich in culture and food, a country that is home to great poets like Saadi, Hafiz and Omer khayyam, a country that has people with such gracious smiles, a country that is so misunderstood in the western world, IRAN definitely deserves better. Being some one from Pakistan, I have always been fascinated by Iranian history and its people. Infact, a lot of students in different Pakistani universities study Farsi as their major subject. I would love to visit Iran someday.

They have been doing this for decades and they're abusing it since they can as foreigners are so out of reach with what harassed countries truly are, it's not like anyone has to be educated about Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Iran and some very select countries that never fell to the US tyranny, but at least don't absorb what deceitful media propagates and the manner in which they introduce you to their own version of a country as if it were knowledge. It's not like Arabs or Persians are isolated, they're just politically powerless and are not using media as a weapon, people that are just trying to make a living, and a peaceful living, in an autarky.
@420folife
@420folife 4 жыл бұрын
@@idyllsend6481 Oh yes, so peaceful with how they held Americans hostage in the 80's and blew up the Marine barracks in Lebanon and the countless other terrorist attacks they've been a part of or have done personally. How many people have been murdered by the state for religious reasons? That Death to America chant is so endearing to westerners you'd think you would see Westerners saying death to iran but were above all that unlike Iranians causing problems all over the Middle East....
@idyllsend6481
@idyllsend6481 4 жыл бұрын
@@420folife What happened in the 80's stays in the 80's, Iran is held accountable for those attacks and the death of victims as much as the US and Saudi Arabia stand accused of staging 9/11, if they both pay for those crimes proportionately to the amount of deaths, it wouldn't be in US in the interest of the US. The US keeps repeating the same thing, the same old cheap tactics for over several decades now and they haven't learned, I guess they got lazy with their wars and have just started shamelessly leaving countries unstable after they interfere. They're not fighting religiously, they're waging war on religion extremists that they have hired, and they don't have to kill in the name of religion to become like terrorists, they only have to kill. Iran is threatened because it's surrounded by US allies, it's trying to protect itself, and obviously it doesn't help when the US keeps escalating tensions by imposing heavy sanctions and making a blockade, it's like a medieval siege, you weaken the enemy and his economy before invading for better odds at winning and to minimize casualties. Look at what the US is doing to Venezuela among many others, there's literally not one thing you can say the US did for the benefit of the region, but you can say a few things about Iran, like how they haven't gone to war for over a hundred years, excluding the war with Iraq which was supported by the US.

Flavors are very similar except that Moroccan is more bread oriented than rice oriented. Although, in both countries you find an extensive use of spices, both very well balanced unlike Indian food that uses to much spices that hides the flavor of the meat or vegetables you are eating. @@iranimanlove9299 this is like 75% true since we did this i mean everything was amazing during the imperial (or as i like to call it "the golden age")era but i guess the people wanted variety? My motherwas born before the "islam rules" were mandatory and she allways said how bad everything was
