Black Flash isnt an implicit attack, its more... a perfect storm that happens when you nail a technique down perfectly. Its the phenomena that happens when you apply cursed energy into a strike within one millionth of a second after landing it that causes space to distort. All jujutsu attacks impart cursed energy, and all of Yuji's attacks (as a host) impart a cursed energy on contact. Also, you can't do it at will; it either happens or it doesnt and the first time it happens, makes more black flashes possible the more you do them. Its not just what happens when you perfectly nail the attack, either (as black flash does make an attack far more potent). It also causes a state of zen where your ability to maninupate cursed energy becomes almost instinct, like breathing or blinking.

It's still his strongest attack he can do though? Also it's even stated in Shibuya it's like Itadori has been blessed by the black sparks because it seems he can practically do it on command and use it when he wants. So I don't see anything wrong with saying it's his strongest attack, cause it is.

@monkeyeknom527 except it's not an attack. You can't consciously choose to use it. It's a specific reaction that happens when you do a delayed cursed energy attack perfectly. Since it's not a technique, Sukuna can't replicate it in the later chapters of the manga.
