Ingredients:
Milk of 1 Coconut
1 tsp Gram Flour ( Besan )
7 - 8 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Oil
Salt to Taste
Water ( as per required )
1 tbsp Daliya Dal
1 tbsp Cashewnut
1 tbsp Muskmelon Seeds
Grind ( 1 Onion, 2 Green Chilli, 5-6 Garlic Cloves, ½ inch Ginger )
For Tempering
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder

7 - 8 Dry Red Chilli
Salt to taste
15 - 20 Garlic Cloves
¼ cup Peanuts
2 tsp Lemon Juice
3 - 4 tbsp Oil
For Assembling
Khow Shew Chutney
1 Block Boiled Noodles
Made Chutney
½ cup Onion ( Slice )
½ cup Spring Onion ( Finely Chopped )
2 cup Fried Roti
Fried Garlic Cloves & Fried Onion
