@Philip JamesJesus christ, dude wtf... Whatever ails you, my friend... You have my sympathy and i hope things will get better, soon! (And since you seem to read stuff into things, i actually mean that 100% genuine and i actually do wish you the very best of luck!)
@martialme845 жыл бұрын
@Philip JamesThe impression i get from the way you write (and the extremely long texts you post here) is that you are for some reason very much more sensitive to perceived slights or perceived lack of consideration and so on than your average joe shmoe is. That seems to be an uncomfortable existence. Therefore i wish you the opportunity to "heal" whatever made you this inordinately sensitive. And to grow a thicker skin to the point where your life is more comfortable and you are a more relaxed member of our community. All the best.

Nice video Lars and way to "get it done", just had 2 days of rain and that knocked down some more snow. The bears are awake up here and hungry now, so treks into the woods need much caution at this time. Just going into Easter weekend and hoping to get a day to get out on the 4 wheeler and explore the trails. Just hoping it wont be too wet for the grouse this year and we have a good season for them. Have a great weekend coming up Lars and cheers...Fred

G'day Lars, Thanks for this video. Every time I see you do the Siberian Log Fire I reckon it's the best method for a long lasting fire I've ever seen. I really hope I can have a crack at one sometime in the future, perhaps during our next winter, who knows. I like the way you use fallen timber and the fact that the SLF can be multi-use; if it's big enough you use it, put it out and it's there for you to use in the future with very little set up time. If you had several partially used SLFs dotted around your property and local wilderness you would never be stuck if you needed a big fire quickly for an unexpected overnight stay, it could be a life saver. I'm also lookimg forward to seeing the Lar's Gator Monster out in the wilderness. Heck, you could take enough tools with you to build a log cabin if you wanted... you've got the axes and saws, you can pack chain saws with room for a couple of mates to help with the construction! Anything might be possible with the Gator! Another great video, falls and all ;) Cheers, BH

The famous Russian Spring Thaw. I now know what my Great Uncle was talking about and what was in the photographs he made when he...er...visited Russia in 1941. It would slow down almost anything to a crawl.
@SurvivalRussia5 жыл бұрын
Autumn is even worse :) I think your Great Uncle & Co lost about 110.000 vehicles of all kinds to the frost and mud in the Autumn/winter of "41 or "42. At least he lived to tell the story :) Well done.
@karlp84845 жыл бұрын
@@SurvivalRussia He seemed obsessed by it, most of the pictures are of bogged tanks or ones where the tracks just slid off the road wheels and sprockets. Mud just gets in between the track and running gear and is no longer actually in contact with the track. You lose traction and if you try and turn.... awesome.

Where I live we have predominately hardwood forest. Unless it is a extremely old growth forest, the ground cover is dense briar and bramble bushes. Great cover for deer but you plan well ahead where you are going to try to walk. Wherever we have intermingled conifers there is a lot less ground cover.@@SurvivalRussia
