I knew with the removal of time limits that this sort of a length and more could be reached. The longer they last, the more fun it is for me, so although I loved the Survival style more, I still enjoy the Escape a hell of a lot more than any other KZbin series I’ve come across.

Honestly I feel as if he deserved to die there. There's so many times in this video he really shouldn't have survived, caused by driving/car grip issues, risky decisions or mistakes on Alex's end. It couldn't have kept working out for him forever!

@@modothegreat108 It's just like you said. He was supposed to be dead many times. But it's also that same fact which made the whole thing otherworldly unlikely to happen a second time. It was an extremely rare opportunity to cement that one chase as one of the most legendary, if not THE pinnacle of the series. A magnum opus of sorts, if you would. Losing such an ordeal and the uniqueness of it in a couple of seconds hit like a train. But it won't be the last we see of it, is it now? If it wasn't this one, the best one will probably be much better than this. ;)

I don't recall it ever explicitly being mentioned that that would be a win condition for the hunters, and it could be interesting to treat that as being thrown out of the vehicle for future STHs since he respawned so close.

Same thing happened during the "Race Engined Motorhome - Wreckfest" video at 10;27 when he had a problem with the controller. Could clearly hear the other guys say Alex has a problem at 10;32. You can confirm it was them talking by watching Longbows version of the same race starting at about 11;00. Absolutely outstanding. I thought you were gonna be dead 4 or 5 times! I was so invested I didn't check the time at all and was genuinely shocked at the ending. Hunts lately have been mega-tense and so totally different to one another. For ongoing tension and the sheer number of goings on this is right up there. The last one with the blimp landing and the plane getaway probably just shades it as being the best of all time? It's really hard to separate these most recent 3. I tell you what, you're all nailing this formula right now. Just hope Bumpy has more to do next time :)

Your indecisiveness was your weakness in this one, it’s what got you looked at & initiated the couple of long chases you found yourself in. Unfortunate, but fun nonetheless. Thanks for doing the maps, so interesting for DSTH. But why can Alex / we hear the hunters when he has a problem with his controller? Controller problem notification at 17:32, & we can hear you guys around 17:54. Same thing happened during the "Race Engined Motorhome - Wreckfest" video at 10;27 when he had a problem with the controller. Could clearly hear the other guys say Alex has a problem at 10;32. You can confirm it was them talking by watching Longbows version of the same race starting at about 11;00. Can Alex always hear the hunters/other racers, or is that just some glitch when leaving &/or joining the group or game?

@@Vic.Vega_RD alex is in the same party as everyone but has everyone muted but when his controller disconnected it played through the speakers meaning that the audio wouldve been picked up
