Thank you so much for this episode… I have stage four metastatic breast cancer ER positive with bone Mets I was a Denovo and diagnosis at the end of 2020… This was such a inspirational video I love hearing from all these women in their experiences. I also don’t fear death anymore lol I have a funny sense of humor with it… Some people tend to not understand it, but I tell them there’s nothing to be afraid of any more in my life. I am dealing with the biggest fear I always had lol so now I just live my life I feel very healthy. I felt healthy before my diagnosis and I just love all your episodes! Thank you for all your kind words and thank you to you and your wife for being such a wonderful, caring doctors!❤

Thank you for this article. I was diagnosed with rectal cancer stage 2ab last October 2022. I had radiation and capcitabine treatment and the tumor is gone. But now I will probably need more chemotherapy. I had a bad experience with the cancer center so I’m changing to another cancer center and going through a new set of tests and Drs. I’m still feeling blindsided and numb. Still grieving too.

A positive mindset and feeling grateful is helping me along going through chemo for endometrial cancer. To me, my nurses are my angels and my chemo I call my healing juice. I bless it as I receive infusion. Its already helped me greatly! Two more infusions to go. 🙂💪🙏❤️

When you get cancer, expect many many different responses, from people who are concerned, but many of them don't know what to say! Like it or not, that's life. You can't change that. You can change how much you want to say and how you direct their thoughts. Don't ever expect other people to make you strong by tip-toeing your feelings. Understanding, forgiving, living your own life fully!

I too was all my life against any kind of drugs. Never even took anything over the counter. But my allopathic cancer treatment for endometrial cancer has been wonderful and effective! I call my nurses at the Infusion Center my angels and my infusion my healing juice. A positive mindset and gratefulness are a winning combo in my books! 🙂💪🙏❤️

my son wants to travel with me in the middle of my chemo treatment. i am having chemotherapy paclitaxel for my tumor and herceptin for my her2 3++. is it okay. it will be on my 4th regimen

Very disappointing that this turned out to be a gripe session about friends and family who are just trying to help. I tuned in because I have cancer and was hoping for some good clinical info. And we have these folks complaining that people are caring enough to ask questions about what they are or aren’t doing for their care.

It’s always good to understand how the cancer patients really feel deep inside. We need to be sensitive to their feelings and the struggles they go through.

@@Coco762011 yes I’m a cancer patient so I do understand but I don’t want to hear people complaining about the people in there lives who are just trying to help them. I just wanted to give feedback because I tuned in to learn something. I didn’t tune in to listen to stories about being frustrated. Sorry but that’s my feedback. I didn’t say it to be mean, just matter of fact. Just like at a restaurant, if you don’t like the food, send it back for something else or never go back to the restaurant again. If Im the owner I’d want to know. Wouldn’t you?
