Ann's story reminds me of the proverb many American prisoners live by "Do your time..don't let your time do you". I'm glad there are programs that teach prisoners marketable skills so that they don't return. So very often, crime is not a choice made because of easy money, it is made out of despeiration.

@@riverdeep399 Are you serious? You think its wrong she went out to find a job?
@muigwamichael98373 жыл бұрын
You can't make that judgement based on her views only. There are various sides to a story. In such cases, children also get to testify. Am a lawyer myself and my good guess would be that she was cruel to her kids. No sane judge would send a "good" mother to a yr in prison for leaving her children in her parents' care to look for work. Jst doesn't make sense.

The prison system isn't the best. We never know what these people have gone through to end up in prison, as in, not all bad people are in prison. I hope the best for all these people.

Here's a free business tip: Don't teach everyone in your village/city how to do what you're doing & planning on selling. It creates more potential competition and people that will make it themselves.
@1furyneptune3134 жыл бұрын
that's kinda naive, sharing bits of knowledge will in turn get you more much needed tips and tricks from the villages especially in these kinds of small communities.

Man this is the most developed prison system for a 3rd world country. It’s more fair of a system than the Us. The reoffending rate is so low wow. It is lower than Norways actually it’s a perfect balance, they have several training programs unlike the USA, but are not living like in darn resorts in norway. God job Kenya!
