Surviving Philippines Coldest Weather (Cagayan Valley!)

SURVIVING THE COLD WEATHER IN THE PHILIPPINES...
Today I'm fighting the rain due to the northeastern monsoon to make it to Tuguegarao, and finally eat authentic pancit batil patong - at Cherry's and then Riverbank - which is awesome!
My tip: don't get the overload, stick to the original style!
The next day I continue to follow the Cagayan River, which defines this region, to the Magat Dam, on its largest tributary. The dam isn't releasing water now, but provides both hydroelectric power and irrigation for nearby farms.
I then followed a NIA road (irrigation road!) all the way to Cordon, then continued over the border into Nueva Vizcaya... To see ‪@BoyP24‬ again!
