I think somebody commented this already but your editing/storytelling style of videos fits rust SO well. A channel like yours (in my opinion) is actually something that I think the rust community is missing; there are obviously plenty of Rust content creators and a lot of them focus on storytelling because thats what rust is all about, but I feel like most of them lean into the memes and the "edge" that inevitably comes with rust, I haven't really seen anyone else with your laid back, logical, educational content style in rust personally.

Would love to see you progress and learn more on rust! Biggest tip I can give is probably to watch a video on how to build a proper 2x2 or at least a 2x1, honeycomb and how to make efficient lootrooms. Other than that you seem to be a fast learner. Got a lot of stuff figured out already!

Hey swamp here's a few tips that should help you out that I had to learn the hard way. 1. Look for some videos online for monument puzzle walk-through so u can understand how they work and the loot that you can expect to receive. 2. The safest way to get scrap and comps is by doing a boat run and the best weapon for hitting barrels is the salvaged hammer. Not many people are just roaming around the high seas farming its ur best bet on wipe day cause the roads will be picked clean. 2. The best way to get scrap comps and potentially weapons is using the train tunnels its far more dangerous than the ocean but not alot of people use it its pretty dark so its easy to hide if a group comes at you. 3. Look for a server that says softcore they have a max group limit of 4 u get back half of what u die with by respawning at bandit or outpost and its a great way to learn 4. Solo only and solo duo servers tend to be less toxic and have people willing to teach you the ropes especially if the pop is around 50-75 5. When harvesting animals hit them enough to get bones then turn the bones into a bone knife so you can harvest them for greater rewards 6. Your starter base was way to big u don't want to expand to much to fast because it makes people think you have good loot and puts a target on your back. Instead use the 1x2 design from evil wurst its low profile but efficient. 7. Use the compound bow and double barrel shotgun they are OP 8. When killing bears stand on a foundation doesnt even have to be high up it screws up their AI and they won't attack u same thing with cliffs

Plus ur tips and tricks videos could be super useful on this game. Oh I forgot two last tips 1. Always craft a machete they are great for barrel farming and farming animals they are cheap and don't require a work bench I usually keep one on me has saved me a few times 2. Don't be afraid to use the tech tree on your work bench to get BPs it may cost more but is 100% reliable to access it look at your workbench and press E you can also pick up and move work benches if there is no TC or u have TC access and use a hammer and hold E on the workbench

Everything is lootable and your base is always raidable. The more you upgrade it and lock it down, the harder it is to raid (more doors, more layers of walls etc..). The more you play the more you get a feel for whether people will even bother trying to raid you, and it's of course harder for them to do if you're online to defend
