Do you think / have you notice an effect on your tendons from taking collagen. Im interested to know as I have to manage my tendon a little and I am always on the look out for anything that may help it.

He is taking it for his tendon for some time now, as I saw him use it in another video already. What he thinks/feels I cannot say for him but if he keeps taking it then it must mean he believes it has a benefit.

I can’t say the exact effect as it’s difficult to track, but it has been shown that taking collagen 1h before heavy tendon exercises can promote their recovery by up to 30-40%. Of course, these are general studies that are about population averages, but the benefit has clearly been shown for the achilles tendons (not sure about the other tendons though). So I take collagen before my gym workout, during which I do heavy exercices for the achilles tendons. And I also take it sometimes before track workouts during which I run on carbon plated shoes or spikes. Not sure it helps in the latter case, but it’s better to be preventive, as healthy achilles tendons are a gift 🎁

I focus a lot on threshold work (about 4 sessions per week), and volume (about 140km/week). + 2 gym sessions a week

Does this take much out of you, I think you said 6x100m right? Is this a filler session/ easy day inbetween vo2max days and double threshold work?

The sprint session is quite taxing for the muscles/tendons, but easy from a energy standpoint. So my day with gym in the morning and sprints in the evening is always planned after a recovery day with easy mileage to have fresh enough legs. And I plan a double threshold day after that. I think doing the opposite, i.e. sprints after a double threshold day, would be dangerous as the legs are tired and the risk of overloading muscles & tendons is too high

How cheap are the steroids in kenya ? We all know why people do training camps in kenya, with no testing and easy access to dope. Thats why we see no bodies do a 8 week camp there and drop insane pbs from no where

To be precise about it, endurance athletes wouldn't take steroids if by steroid you mean testosterone, as it's unhealthy for cardiovascular function. It's only taken by strength athletes for muscle growth which you're not researching in running
