I didn't see link to E Book in the description, but I have never done one before, so not sure that would work for me anyway!!! This was a very interesting video. My DH is still with me and is 12 years older than me. I just turned medicare age a year ago and fortunately am in pretty good shape. He, on the other hand, has been through a LOT. I do know what you mean about ignoring your own health. What I do about exercise is I have a treadmill and record things I love watching (and he doesn't). So I catch up on things I like to see!!! Before I know it, I have my 10,000 steps in, and I also do a few rather light hand weight exercises. This is a SUPER video!!! Keep looking UP!!!

I just forgot all about my health to. I spent all my energy on my husband. When he passed, I went to the doctor and was told that had high colosteral, thyroid problems, high blood pressure, and I was really depressed, also horror line diabetes. I was a mess. A little better today

I too spent all my time and energy on my husband while he was dying for (18) months. I'm working on finishing out my time as best as possible. Getting teeth fixed. Walking. My mind set is most important. I have to follow God's leading. He wants the best for me, just hard to see it right now.

My husband was the breadwinner; any suggestions for health insurance for me that is affordable? His employer is paying my health insurance for 6 months then I'm on my own. I will be 63 in Oct. and have insurance til 9/30. Need to find something for 2 yrs til Medicare Thank you!

I am so sorry for your loss, Phyllis! Do you have an independent agent for your auto and home insurance? That might be a good place to start. Where I live (Tennessee), our options are limited. If you don’t have a local agent, call the healthcare marketplace. Call them, don’t try to do it online, although you can.
