What kind of tiny house can a dude build using only a chainsaw and chainsaw mill? What started out to be a deer blind in the last video turned out to be a full-on tiny wilderness cabin on stilts. And like everything at The Worm the build was so cheap it was virtually free.
• Nearly Free Deer Cabin...
As with all these Northern Michigan builds, no lumber was purchased. The boards were made (slowly) with a chainsaw mill from trees on the property where one crazed dude has lived in a tent since the beginning of the year.
This time the Castle gets windows, shelves, awnings, a bunk and even recycled carpet.
Is a project this big, built with a chainsaw still considered bush craft? Who knows...
Because I’ve gotten so many questions about the gear that I use on the channel, here are some of the most important pieces I use every day:

Thank you all so much for supporting this crazy endeavor! Without you folks donating to Surviving Ringworm, I wouldn't be able to even consider staying out here in the wilderness a second year making videos. You seriously blow my mind!
