We love Jack because he isn’t trying to play nice or remain politically correct about the players. You can be objective about the gameplay and still love them outside of them game. While watching the show I also wondered why they didn't angle the immunity blocks during the challenge. I think maybe contestants don't do it because production rules probably state that the blocks need to be parallel to the sides. The only reasonable explanation why no one has done it at all. Also, possibly an unpopular opinion, it would be nice if they had more people cast who would generally be considered threats. Getting a little tired of contestants voting out people who are strong, nice, smart, and contribute to the well being of camp life. But I suppose it's a way for some who aren't used to physical challenges and island life to have a chance of winning at the end. Great podcast! 💙

@@BriceIzyah215 well , she got lucky in that she was saved by Sol. she then lucked in the auction bidding for the one item that had a clue. she then lucked out in being able to go to the journey where she got a block a vote so her playing well is a matter of perspective.

@@Jackbauer-nh7lnnah. The Sol save wouldn’t have been needed if she hadn’t been screwed by the split tribe twist. She was never going to go home otherwise. It also takes guts to nominate yourself for the boat trip. No one else in her alliance did so she stepped up to keep one of the threats from potentially getting an advantage. Then she actually won the challenge to get the advantage. Then she went and won immunity… Don’t short change her, she’s definitely playing well.

I agree with Wendell! I think Kyle is the correct choice here because almost everyone wants to sit next to Kyle at the end. You also have Sue and Andy that people want to sit next to. That's a lot of seats taken up in the F6, 5, 4, etc. Getting rid of Kyle here frees up a lot of paths to the F3 and the immunity necklace to those who might need it.

Regarding the immunity challenge with the blocks. Jack idea of going on an angle is a great strategy but I think the actual spelling of the word "immunity " has to face Jeff from the front.

I'm looking at the new era seasons as a whole, like Lions versus Hyenas (Respect to Tony for the name). Don't get me wrong, it's happened throughout the series. No shade because you gotta do what you gotta do. It's been consistent for 41 to 47, I think 45 was the exception. Besides that, it feels like the movers and shakers are eliminated before the end for the most part. The Lions get isolated and eaten up by the Hyenas. I could be wrong. This season has made it even more obvious, but I'm still enjoying it!

I would like to sit next to Genevieve before sitting next to Kyle only because Kyle is a public target so if he made it he deserved it. Genevieve. Kinda has bad jury management so sitting next to her would be a hard win but I believe she could pull it off

Sol was Not a horrible Gen move: all but Teeny voted Sol, Gen was never team Teeny; vote folks out that help your long game; trust no one. Caroline's speech & survivor evolution❤: stop being a goat meets stop saving spots for goats. James said Gen wasn't going next and she didn't.

It seems the consensus is to have multiple pathways to get to the end. When we think about MaryAnne she had multiple pathways. People wanted to take her. She could win, plus she had the immunity idol. No one has a connection to Gen. Who wants to go to the end with her?

It was the wrong move and one that almost no one understood why she made it. So much so that after she made it, her game completely collapsed, and she's fighting not to be voted out. She could have gotten rid of Sol at another time.
