This was Church on a Tuesday morning....I had to come back and watch again to see if I missed anything! This episode was truly food for my soul. I have experienced anxiety since middle school, I kept what I was feeling to myself. I didn't know what was going on until I was an adult in therapy. This is the very first podcast I have ever listened to in its entirety. I usually see the snippets of others on IG, but I actively sought out this one because Crystal has this beautiful mix of peace, joy, talent, humility, and vibrance that I'm just drawn to.... and it did not disappoint!!! This was even more amazing than I already knew it would be! This 51 year old woman took some great nuggets. As a single mother of two daughters, that life has been traumatic since I entered my mothers wound, I have “literally” with Gods grace lived for my daughters. My youngest daughter graduated from Spelman last week Sunday which I am now starting a new season/chapter in finding me! Finding my why, my purpose without looking in the rear view mirror. Both of you have giving me confirmation to continue to let God, not money or people lead me and I will land exactly where God has a place waiting on be to arrive. You both have also made me realize, I owe nobody nothing! Stop over giving what you really don’t have cause my heart wants what’s best for everyone than I’m left empty! Thank you’ll for this! Whew... Survivor's Remorse!!! Heavy is the head that wears the crown; it blessed my soul! God does things in mysterious ways. I have questioned why God still chooses me after all these years and why good people have difficulty finding good people. I have been hard on myself about how people see me, but it's about how God sees me! I have learned that relationships are for a season, and the assignment is done once God say so! I don't have to be seen or heard because God sees and knows all. Finally, people are a resource, and God is my source! So many things aligned today about how I move forward from here. Thank you, Crystal and Isaac, for this positive message! #KIPS

I really LOVED this episode. Sooo many things I've needed to hear. I also see I need to rebuild my relationship with God because I did fall off. Outside of that, I used to have a salon for almost 8 years, doing well and everyone was fake proud asking for money, etc until covid happened and even though I managed to maintain it throughout, eventually I had to give it up and move to a smaller building and also due to loosing clients had to rebuild again. Now Im being looked down on for not being in the same position and told I need to do better and its condescending. This gave me the 🔥 I needed to show them I aint finished yet!
