I was stationed at Ft Bragg 1983-1985. I was on the Robin Sage training with the Green Berets in the Black Forest of North Carolina. I was not a Green Beret I was from another unit that was playing the role of a Nicaraguan clan leader. During the training my clan and I were camped on a ridge overlooking a small ravene. I thought I spotted a scout sneeking up on us in a Ghillie suit. When I looked closer it was what appeared to be a tall hairy man. I stayed on my position and kept my eyes on the figure. I sent my team down in two groups down to surround the target from both flanks. As the soldiers began to circle the position, the figure slowly moved into a small stand of scrub oaks about 7 feet tall. From my position I could see 360 degrees around those scrub oaks because the ravene was surrounded by a clear ridge. My team fully circled the scrub oaks and closed in on the person and scrub oaks. They found nothing. I yelled to them to stand pat I was coming down. I never lost eye contact with the small group of scrub oaks where the person stepped into nor did I break eye contact with the encompasing ridge around the ravene. I walked the the scrub oaks and my team and I spent 20 mins searching the small area and even scratching around in the leaves looking for a trap door or something. We found nothing. I had noticed that the person/creature moved deliberately with stealth and confidence to the concealed position of the scrub oaks and seemingly vanished into thin air. I had the unnerving feeling that it was far more intelligent than us. At that point I knew it wasn't a person and it wasn't some dumb apeman. The next day I was searching for water and I found a very strange vary large foot print in the sand by a creek. It was twice the size of my foot, size 9 and the heel was very pointy, like an Isoscolese triangle with toes. The creature had considerable weight based on the depth of the print. Unfortunately, back then there were no cell phone cameras. As I reflected on the situation I realized I had witnessed what we know as a bigfoot. However, I truely believe it was a superior lifeform. It had to have either cloaked itself or transported itself to another location when we tried to approach it. It did not act like it was worried about our approach. It slowly moved into those scrub oaks for cover and vanished. For reference; the stand of scrub oaks was only 30 feet in diameter.

20 years ago, I experienced that "mind speak", as they call it. Hiking on a trail alone in CA, approx 1/4 mi in, I heard very clearly, "Turn around. GO BACK!" It was so clear and definitive, I did not question or hesitate to do just that. At the time I was totally clueless about Sasquatch. Now that I have learned about these beings and their behavior,I have to wonder if that's what is was. It certainly was NOT my inner voice.
@janetstonerook4552

@@joanies6778 I'm glad you took the warning. It may have been a kind Sasquatch alerting you that something bad was lying in wait and might harm you. It is not always that they are being territorial or protective of their young. That concept took me a long while to grasp. The enlightened Bigfoot are the protectors of the woodlands and they try to keep big earthly predators away as well as other negative beings that we may not know about.

I felt it, I was driving down a dark back country road, and stopped to take a leak. I wasn't even thinking "scary dark country road" I just really had to go, and that's all I was thinking about. By the time I was done, I was so freaked out that I didn't bother to zip or button my pants before I jumped back in the car and sped out of there. It was literally like one minute. Craziest thing that's ever happened to me. I didn't hear anything outside or in my head, but I felt something there, and I had that overwhelming feeling of dread

Les, after what I saw in my woods here in southern Alabama, I have not been back in the woods again. Once you know beyond a shadow of a doubt, it changes everything. I actually hope you never do see what I saw. The woods were my sanctuary, my peace. That was taken from me. I still live in the same rural home, but I won't even step onto my porch after dark. If my dog has to go out, my husband has to do it. It's a lonely place to be seeing something nobody, or very few, even believes exists. No one to talk to when you're having a little PTSD.

I believe you. I’m from rural Washington state, and have had encounters as a kid and I’ve been the “crazy” conspiracy kid since 1995 now I’m 42 and all these facts keep coming out that verify our experiences. I do believe that the government will disclose it within our lifetime. Sending love from the NW!

@thafmsnasty It's always been my dream to live in Washington. I guess it wouldn't matter where I live now, I'm never going into the woods again. Thanks for your comment and believing. I think many people have seen these things or other cryptids and just don't know what to do with it. For 5 years, I never said a thing because I knew how crazy it sounded. Now, my mind is wide open to the fact that the things people have seen actually do exist. We should have listened to the native Americans.

@ well there’s lots of areas up here that’s close to the forest but not. I live in Battle Ground WA. However, I grew up in Forks WA, yes the “twilight” place 🤣. While I’ve never seen vampires up here, definitely there’s “dogman” or werewolves. But I don’t have encounters with those. I am the NADP (North American Dogman Project) Washington state rep here. So ppl can find me to report. So I hear you. Truly. There’s too many reports from good ppl that have no skin in the game, and sound “crazy” when they talk about it. Nowadays it’s less crazy, but doesn’t help the fear we feel out in the woods. I’m always looking and listening now.
@jaeljade3609
@jaeljade3609 2 ай бұрын
@thafmsnasty You sound so interesting and obviously open. I sure wish I could find people like that in my life. I saw a guy on a documentary from your area who was a police officer, and he shared his story on a channel called "A flash of beauty". The documentary was called the same. He mentioned La Push beach. He saw a sasquatch, and it opened up a whole can of worms for himself of sightings and communication. If you haven't seen the documentary, go watch it. What I saw was the thing that looked like the thing from the predator movie when it was "cloaked." I have no idea of how long it had been standing there watching me with my neighbor's horses. It jumped like it was startled I could see it maybe, and then fell forward and did this running crawl type thing back into the woods. I was just so stunned seeing that, and my heart fell into my stomach. I just kept walking towards my car and didn't stop. My house is just a few seconds away. I drove home and was immediately questioning myself and if I just saw a ghost. That was the first thing that crossed my mind after the fear. It was about 5 years, and I never told anyone except my daughter just minutes after it happened. She started laughing, and I knew right then how it sounded coming out of my mouth. It sounded insane! I never put together all of the other things that happened around here until after I found out that these Bigfoot can actually cloak. One night, my husband and I were in bed, and right outside our window, we heard this complete gibberish talking. It made no sense, and the talking ended in an owl hoot that clearly was not an owl, but I just thought ok, and we looked at each other like wtf? I looked out the window and expected to see someone out there but didn't. I remember finding a small footprint, maybe the size of a 7 year old kid on the sandy trail behind our home. It was so odd. This is private property with no kids around at the time, and besides, it's swamp land with snakes everywhere. No one in their right mind would be running around out there barefoot. Another time, I was out with my horse in the pasture directly behind my house and I'm just standing out there with him when I look across the pasture into the wood line and a huge pine tree is vigorously shaking. I just chuckled to myself because everyone has seen those sasquatch tv shows that say they do that. So, I decided to walk over towards the woods, and it stopped. I then stopped because I didn't own a weapon, and I thought, well, what if it's a bear or a boar or something, so I turned back. I tried to think of rational things for all of this, but none of it makes sense. Then there's what I've seen in my home that takes on a paranormal weirdness. Twice, I've seen something straight out in front of me that turned into a blacker than black rectangle. It looked like a swarm of black gnats that pulled itself all together to form this rectangle that just hovered for a few seconds and then turned back into the gnat swarm and then just disappeared. I didn't feel any fear at all from what I saw, I was fascinated by it, but again, I considered maybe my eyes were going or my brain has a tumor. It happened twice. Once on the side of my bed, and about a month later, the same thing happened on the other side of the bed. Are these things related to what I saw in the woods? I just don't know. I never even considered that until I saw that flash of beauty documentary, and the last story on the video had my jaw drop. A couple of guys on a drive witnessed a sasquatch on the side of the road that bent down and then turned into a cube or rectangle and then shot away in a streak of light. What they saw was orange or amber colored I think, not the blackness I saw. All of this has left me just dumbfounded. I felt scared, but now I'd just like to know what's happening and why I saw it. Why me? I'm nothing special. I realize I could have been hurt easily by this, and I wasn't. I don't think the thing in the woods wanted to harm me. I was alone and limping at the time from a knee injury. I used to walk back on those trails alone all the time, but I haven't in years because I get it now that we are not alone out there. Thanks for your nice reply. I appreciate it.

. Oh my goodness! Do I believe you! I live in WVa back in the mountains. I had experiences here as a child that frightened me to the point that I didn't go out away from the house much. I was clueless at the time. Things happened later with other younger children in my family when they'd be out playing. I moved back here when I retired and the activity really picked up when I was alone. I finally found a person who could help me communicate with them. They actually are a good- natured, neighborly sort of Bigfoot. They'd actually been younger ones trying to protect us as kids when we'd been venturing out too far into the woods all those years ago! Now that they know that I know what they are, it is a very nice, peaceful relationship. I only get an occasional brief glimpse of the adults but the young ones are more careless. I'd imagine that if you were limping and walking the trails, they might have been keeping an eye on you for your protection. There may be other things out there scarier than your neighborhood Bigfoot! For me, it all changed for the better once I realized they'd never harmed me in any way in 70+ years, and I started talking to them and acknowledging their presence. The young ones quit all the weird animal noises and slapping the side of my house etc. I feel safer when they are around than I do once they leave for the colder months. They keep the big predators away.😊

You've told this already in one of the Sasquatch Chronicles shows with Wes Germer in a multi-part interview, but now more people will know of this, luckily. The universe is much more mysterious & complex than our world views, beliefs and prejudices allow it to be.

Your telepathy story reminds me of my own experience. As a kid growing up in a rural village in Vietnam, I was terrified of the dark and ghosts. I remember one night I was running to a neighbor's house to call my uncle to come home. As I got tired, I squatted down on the ground to rest. The moment I stood up, I had this vision of a being following me, jumping from the top of one palm tree to another, just following me. I didn't tell anyone about it right away because I wasn't sure if I believed what it was and I didn't understand why I saw it the way I did. Perhaps I was scared of the dark and from being alone, that I allowed my own imagination to take over. Till this day, I'm still not sure.

I was on a 50 mile hike with scout's in and around Devil's Punchbowl, California. The woods looked destroyed, especially along the hiking trail. It looked like trees were thrown on the trail, not just fallen, as if the wilderness wanted to block human entrance to that area. We continued along and got to several of our destinations. On our last day I did a whoop and got a return call. Then on our way out, the trail we had just come through looked even more gnarly with a fresh large healthy tree thrown across the trail. I was glad to get out of there, it was a beautiful hike and experience, but it felt like the forest didn't want us to be there. The skeptic in me, inspired by Les, kept looking above and below the trail, to see if the damage viewed along the trail was a natural cause. But, above and below the trail, the forest looked "normal" with a few trees random down here and there, but nothing extreme like what was on the trail.

What I like so much about your work Les, you bring the doubt and skepticism along with the open minded curiosity that many of us viewers have and appreciate. It's an explorative journey that we all share with you. I loved some episodes when you are with a fanatic where they are adamant it's big foot, and you with your experience turn to the camera, "it's a bear." While at the same time, in other episodes, you show evidence that makes this experience and the reality more plausible. I've always been a believer after much time in the wilderness with my friend. Nature is always surprising us with creatures scientists long thought were extinct. I go on a hikes now with an open mind and awareness. Looking forward to this and hope that your kickstarter is successful!

Hey Les as an Aussie who discovered you a couple years ago through my interest in YOWIEs ( Aussie big foot/sasquatch) I just wanted to say how much I love watching your films. You really add some authenticity and integrity to this incredible and fascinating subject and to hear you now reveal what you heard in your mind on that trek out of the woods is just fantastic. I totally understand why you'd be hesitant to say anything at the time but I'm so glad you now feel comfortable enough to share your experience. Quite a few testimonials I've listened to on the amazing AYR channel- Australian Yowie Research channel have testified of having somewhat similar experiences to you and it definitely seems they have an amazing supernatural ability to communicate telepathically. Look forward to whatever you do next. Cheers.

I can't stand this. I've seem this comment from so many people so sorry you're the one that finally got me to comment but did you know Scott personally? If so I apologize because you would have more knowledge than others but if you don't know him you can't really say that he was a good man because the only Scott we saw was on camera. Everybody and I mean everybody acts differently when they are on camera. I'm not saying he was a bad guy either I'm just saying I don't understand how so many people can say that he was a good man without personally knowing him. Everyone has their skeletons or demons. People get these parasocial relationships with these YT where they watch them so much and listen to them talk so much that you think you know them personally when you don't. It's something that people should be very aware of. I myself have had this happen to me as well and I actually got a response from the person who's channel it was who told me exactly what I'm telling you. He said that I didn't know him personally so I can't really say what I say and have it be the truth because I really don't know.

My family had some serious issues with UFO activity and what appeared to be a really scary haunting in a home my dad had built new in Louisiana that we moved into in 1966. I despise hoaxes. We saw a floating, glowing, red head in that home that looked like something from a horror movie. It didn`t look human. My friend Joel described it as an "evil pumpkin head" so I know he saw the same thing I saw. Some of the activity followed me after we moved but it was more random. My older sister and her friends saw an aggressive screaming Bigfoot in that region on a pipeline. The "whoops" were a common sound when I camped, hunted, trapped, fished and hiked a lot in the 70s/80s but I thought it was owls or animals until I got internet in 2000. I`ve never seen tracks but others have found them.

It's amazing how so much work, and effort you put into these videos and you still have less than a million subs. Obviously 854k subs is nothing to sneeze at, but definitely feel like you deserve WAY more. You have channels like Outdoor Boys who honestly doesn't really even do true survival, and some video's his wife will literally just drive him out to a spot where he spends one night then she comes picks him up the next day and he is out there eating stuff he brought with him like steak and potatoes, yet he has over 11 million subs getting crazy views for not doing anything near what you do in your videos. I just find that crazy.

Hi Les, Thank you for sharing your experience with mind-speak. It’s fascinating and resonates deeply with something I went through myself. I had an incident while I was with my daughter one afternoon on a wet, overcast day. The conditions felt almost surreal, and I’d already had some other unusual experiences earlier that day. In my case, I distinctly felt a similar kind of communication-a clear, almost foreign voice in my mind that didn’t feel like my own thoughts or delusions. The message was profound and left me with the same kind of fear and awe you described. It wasn’t threatening, but I remember thinking I wasn’t ready for that level of interaction either. I really respect how openly you’re able to share this. These moments are hard to categorize, and it’s refreshing to hear someone describe it without embellishing or trying to convince others of what it was. It’s just an experience-a powerful one-and we’re left to process it in our own way. Your story reminded me that these connections, whatever they may be, happen to people who aren’t looking for them, which makes them even more compelling. Thanks for validating that this kind of experience isn’t as isolated as it sometimes feels. Keep doing what you’re doing, and thank you for being genuine about it all. Best regards,

I have heard you speak about the 1st telepathy incident once before somewhere. What struck me as funny was the statement you made in the episode that you wanted to search alone for bigfoot shortly after having been given that opportunity directly but turning it down. I'm sure if you had no more interactions with them there that was exactly or very near their reasoning for not appearing again. The opportunity was given but you weren't ready and so they likely saw the rest of your search as wanting to find them but not seriously because of fear. Interesting to think about. I'm sure I would have been extremely fearful as well given such opportunity. I know it doesn't matter much but, I believe your experience 100%. Thanks for posting the video Les. I hope you get an opportunity again IF and only IF you may actually want one.

I am an active hunter, minister, retired military veteran and federal police officer. I’ve never place trail cams out to find Bigfoot, though I have had two experiences with Bigfoot, up close; within 20 feet. I have also heard vocalizations several times as well, up close while Elk hunting. Whenever I set trail cameras out for hunting, I attempt to place them where every (one or two) is looking at the others. That way if something does tamper with a camera, I have one or two others that show what it was. Being in ministry, the credible DNA studies that have been done state humanoid and some unknown miacondral DNA. That unknown element could be evidence of its angelic origin, which would indeed be foreign and unknown to humanity because it is of a spiritual origin.
