AMEN! At minimum 2nd degree, though IMO the Stand Your Ground search on the phone combined with the fact she CHOSE to use the big gun and not the 22 Ruger is proof to me this was premeditated. IMO it should also be charged as a hate crime to end this crap - Treyon Martin, Ahmaud Abry, the SUV full of kids playing loud music Micheal Dunn shot up killing one and I could go one HAS TO STOP! I am white, born and lived in the South my entire Boomer life, and know people who are racist to the core. Flying the stars and bars, using words like slave, 'N', etc. is wrong and Slavery was a dark chapter in history and ended in 1865. It is 2024. How many more mothers have to watch their child get hunted and shot on video? How many more kids have to die for blasting music, which I also did except it was Lynard Sknyrd, Elton, Donna Summers, Earth Wind and Fire or whatever song I loved? Federal Hate Crime laws were passed for a reason. USE it and make these idiots who use Stand Your Ground state laws and get away with it like George Zimmerman and make it a Federal Trial and set an example that you may get over on the State but the Fed is a whole different game. The REAL justice here will be in prison from her fellow inmates who will go out of their way to make the rest of her life hell on earth.

Use my tax dollars to charge these racist and use 'Stand Your Ground' as an excuse and let them off at the State level like George Zimmerman or the fools who hunted Auhmad Abrey (filmed by one of racist that hunted them. MAKE an example! You may get over on the state, but the Fed is a whole different game. BTW I am while, blonde, blue eyed Boomer who has lived in the south her entire life. I know every inch of the Manassas Battlefield. At the tender age of 6, I actually saw the KKK - burning cross. He was the kindest man who let us (kids-he was right across the street from my school on RTE 234 close to Prince William County Hospital) kids come over and pet his ponies and goats. I was so young I asked mom why everyone was wearing Halloween costumes when it wasn't Halloween and why are the burning Jesus Cross. That was in 1969, and mom was driving a brand new '698 SS Camaro, it was silver with black pinstriping. That night is seared in my mind. He had a bigger all brick house than any of the white people on 5 acres - the KKK burned it to the ground, just the brick shell. Nobody would tell me what happened to Mr. Robert and I asked teachers, the nuns, my mother etc. Now I think they hung him because he had a white girlfriend and the combination of a huge house, and a hot white chick was a step to far for the card carrying KKK.
