Susana Yábar I know they said our growth spurt is over once we are over 18 for women but I grew half an inch doing yoga at 21 years taking a yoga class for college credits. Some claimed we can grow still even after 25 up to 35. There’s stretching excercise and routines to help open your growth by activating pituitary gland or something like that. I’m commenting about it here because I know you’ll do an amazing job at helping shorties like me out if you were to come up with an excercise/stretch routine with diet recommendations because all your videos has always delivered results. I've been doing this for almost a week now and i can see a huge difference already. My sides are toning up and my stubborn muffin top is visibly shrinking. I couple this workout with any low impact cardio workout to burn fat faster. I'm happy with the way my body is starting to take shape. This really works and i would recommend doing this with any low/high impact cardio. Side note: I'm asian and carbs is a staple in my household. The fact that it's only been a week with no dieting and visible results proves how effective this workout is. Will continue to do this until i achieve my desired waistline! This is the most effective waist workout I've ever done,I managed to loose 6inches in just a month... I do 40mins home workout every day (Including this).and been on calorie deficit... For me, I started doing this exercise along with her upper back workout since December 2018 to May 2019. I was overweight (around 180lbs) and in May, my waist decreased from a 34in to 25in. My weight decreased from 180lbs to 124lbs, however, since June 2019, I've become more lenient with my diet and now I weigh 127lbs, therefore, I am starting to do this exercise again. edit: i did this workout since Oct 27th, 2019 (i weighed 130lbs) til today and I weigh 114.5lbs now! Waist is definitely a lot smaller. I lost like 4 inches 2nd update: So today, Dec 11th, I weighed myself again and i weigh 112lbs! I did it with a very very extreme diet, so i think that's why i was able to lose around 18lbs in less than 2 months. 3rd update: Dec 19th today. I suffered the consequences from the extreme diet and so I rested until yesterday and today i am doing the exercise routines again~~~ Since i rested, i gained 4lbs because I had to eat to regain my strength.

This woman has A GIFT! All of her moves are so SIMPLE but you feel the work immediately. I did 1 of her routines yesterday and was like "wow" so then I did another one. I was going through my playlist of workouts today and decided to try her again- I'm happy I did! I feel my entire trunk activated - and that is NOT NORMAL for this chubby bunny. Started doing this exercise today after seeing so many positive comments. I don't usually do any exercise. So I'll be updating my 10 day experience. If I continue to do the exercise I'll may be update further. Here it goes : Waist : 90 cm Day 1 : the exercise wasn't so hard. But I can feel that is did involved my abdominal muscles. They are feeling a bit tired. Day 2 : My body was aching from the previous day exercise. But I continued to do the exercise today. It was a bit harder today because of the sore muscles. But today I could do the 3 sets with less tiredness. Day 3: my muscles were still sore from previous day's exercise. It was somewhat painful to do the exercise. But I did all 3 sets of exercises and I wasn't tired at all. May be I'm getting used to exercise. It was fun and I'm feeling confident. Day 4 : done. My muscles are still sore today.

I have avoided her exercises thinking that these are so easy, will it help me to slim down. But I was soo WRONG. After first attempt I could feel my side stretch and in a week I have seen visible difference. Just try it you will see the difference and you will have slight lower back pain or side pain due to this because of stretching, but It will go away. Try it, looks easy but is effective ❤️

Okay so I am going to update for 10 days.. (I am 20 yrs old, 5'8" and around 65kgs) Day 1: (did this after my regular abs workout..) seemed too easy.. didn't really make much of difference Day 2: (did this after my arms workout) definitely felt the burn .. but maybe not significantly but yes.. Experience for you guys!!! Did this earlier but then left all exercises. Began with this few days back. Day 1: could do upto set 2 Waist body abdominal and knee pain. Increased water intake from before. Day 2: proceeded until set 2 with the pain. The pain was actually the same. Water intake as day 1. Day 3: started contemplating and delayed until I could stand up and did set 1. Water intake as same. Day 4: rest and ate good. Water intake was lesser. Day 5: completed set 3 and much lesser pain. Water intake good as before. Will add up as I do. Day 6: completed all. Energy drained. Will check today with a new dress. I hope it gets slightly loose than before. Edit: seeing no reacts, good decision you all!!! I started with cake diet!

Starting from today, 24july...my waist is 28 inches/71.5 cm!🤦♀ my goal is 24 inches!😍 Let's challenge myself...i'll update every day. Day 1: exercises were too simple to do..doing exercise no 2 was a little bit awkward to me..couldn’t do it properly but completed. Day 2:i was feeling like i was dancing with the music😁still uncomfortable with 2nd exercise.. Feel the stretch & pain in the waist..feeling positive. Day 3: i had to stop in the middle coz my mom was calling me..then started again from the beginning. Day 4: got distracted by a bee!😑 finished it well though. I guess i one sided waist is reducing.. Starting waist 35 inches or 88cm Day 1 this was easy and fun but I felt the burn lol. I am doing Chloe tings full body workout and some others. Day 2 My "love handles" are so sore so is my waist lol, I did it and it hurt. Day 3 My back is still sore lol. Day 4 It doesn't hurt to do anymore Day 5 I did it! I love your videos! The workouts can be done almost anywhere and don’t take up much time! I actually feel good doing them and enjoy following along with the upbeat music and colorful backgrounds! I feel a difference almost immediately after finishing and it’s AMAZING!!! Thank you! 🙏🏽

@@naturindabrenda8863 Hey! Even with the few skipped days, my waist became a little smaller and more defined! But I was also doing 20-30 mins of jumprope daily +++ a few more short workouts. But I really love this one, it isn't that tiring but it burns as hell!!! Good luck

Day 10 - ✔️ Day 11 - ✔️ Coming back here after 3 months 😭 I lost my progress huhu. Day 1 - ✔️ 3rd time doing this workout, but this is the first time I got hurt in Day 1. Day 2 - ✔️ still hurt, but since this is the easiest workout that works for me, will still continue doing it. Day 3 - ✔️ Day 4 - ✔️ Day 5 & Day 6 - Too busy so I skipped. Day 7 (technically the 5th day doing this workout) - ✔️ Day 8 - ✔️ Day 9 - Too lazy, so I skipped. Day 10 - ✔️ Day 11 - ✔️ Day 12 - Felt lazy, I skipped lol. After doing this for the first time i was nearly dead out of pain in my side part of waist. You should put Discailmar that it's hurts a lot. And should also mention some other things that will help in reducing the pain.
