I know this video was posted months ago but my mom and I been doing this exercise since July and we have seen incredible results from it and we lost all the unwanted fat and we just do this 2 time a a week to remain tone!!!! Trust me it works and be patient and you’ll see results !!!!!

This is my 2nd day of this challange... yesterday i could only finish 2 sets. But today is finished the whole challange although it is a bit challanging and as per a person who is morbidly obese like me this workout is great. It is standing and knee friendly. No jumping no lying down. I enjoyed doing it.

Ok so i tried this challenge for 7 days Day 1 ✅ Its was so hard Day 2 ✅ I got used to it Day 3 ✅ I started seeing some changes Day 4 ✅ Dang it my stomach had some changes Day 5 ✅ Nothing to comment about Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ My stomach went flat, I lost weight and my hips were getting curved. So try this u will see some changes. And if u think Susan Yabar should be verified like cause i want her to be verified and thank u so much Susan Yabar for this workout. I really wanna lose my lower belly fat so bad, but i hate lying abs exercises.. I am loving this workout, but don’t know if it ll really help me to lose my lower belly fat or not.I am doing this 800abs along with 15 min fast walk, lets see what happens, keep liking and keep me motivated. Challenge accepted Day 1 Fun ! This is a real workout don't be fooled. 😁My legs and abs hurt during this workout. I started out with zero energy and motivation but this trainer is refreshing and up beat. Great job missy. Day 2 My abs are sore but i have completed the workout. I've started today hope it works.. Fingers crossed. Day 2.. Yesterday my body didn't ache but today my body was aching throughout the day but still I've managed to do workout. Day 3.. I was too tired today so I couldn't do this one today but I've done her arms workout.. M also doing walk for 40 mints daily.. Day 4..Not feeling well was having fever so couldn't do it. Day 5.. Still not well so unable to workout.. but tomorrow I will definitely do it. Day 6.. I've done the workout it hurts bcoz i' ve done it after 3 days but felt good. Day 7..i've done the workout today as well.. Day 8..done with the workout 30 mints walk and suzana arms workout which consists of almost 12 mints. Day 9.. Can't do workout Day 10 still unable to do workout

Hey Nkiruka, yes it worked for me indeed. I did this workout every day along with Pamela Reif’s six pack workout and I had amazing result in 2 weeks. I didn’t even reduce my calorie intake since I just wanted to tone up and shred my waistline. If you think of doing this go for it, you will have some fun and energy🤸♀️good luck.

I have start doing it from today ....It's not hurting at all ,I'm kinda worried if it's gonna work but it's fun to do ..so I'm gonna update ya'll day 1:- done (feeling burn in shoulders and back) Okay..I shouldn't have said that I can't feel the burn because my abs were killing me after workout day 2:- I am literally dying today because I'm doing yoga also before this workout and haven't eaten anything yet and I haven't taken even one day off since 22 days of yoga ..Don't be like me...take gap , eat and sleep properly ...but I have still finished the whole workout ...cheers for me

I started 11 days ago.. i barely touched the could bend down as iam an obeeseeee woman. Now i can touch the floor with my both hands and easily bend down to 45°. I feel so energetic light and flexible.... will keep on killing 800 abs till i get my belly in shape.

I don’t feel any kindaa laziness working on these exercises! These are so easy and full of fun. M on day3. Day2 felt like my body muscles are not supporting me tho😅 but lets see.
