This is my second week doing this every other day and my abs have never toned up soo fast! I do all 800 and it goes so fast because of the great music and your fun personality! Best Ab workout 🏋️‍♀️ Thank you 🙏🏽

I know this video was posted months ago but my mom and I been doing this exercise since July and we have seen incredible results from it and we lost all the unwanted fat and we just do this 2 time a a week to remain tone!!!! Trust me it works and be patient and you’ll see results !!!!!

Thank you for this ❤ After two abdominal surgeries and two accidents, i have gained alot of weight and managing pain daily. I can hardly do most of the workout videos.. But i found this video to be realistic for me and a good starting point. I can do one set so far 😁😅..will keep doing it and hopefully work up to two sets then 3

Sis, I love this exercise I was so fat. but now I am a fit person. I had done regular physical exercise including ur exercises during the weight loss period. Now I have abs.☺☺☺

This is my 2nd day of this challange... yesterday i could only finish 2 sets. But today is finished the whole challange although it is a bit challanging and as per a person who is morbidly obese like me this workout is great. It is standing and knee friendly. No jumping no lying down. I enjoyed doing it.

Height - 5 feet Weight -53.6 kg Natural waist line -74 cm Waist 1" below belly button- 88 cm Day 01....✅ Day 02....✅ Day 03 and 04 ❌ ( periods ) Day 05....✅ Updated my result soon..👍

Ok so i tried this challenge for 7 days Day 1 ✅ Its was so hard Day 2 ✅ I got used to it Day 3 ✅ I started seeing some changes Day 4 ✅ Dang it my stomach had some changes Day 5 ✅ Nothing to comment about Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ My stomach went flat, I lost weight and my hips were getting curved. So try this u will see some changes. And if u think Susan Yabar should be verified like cause i want her to be verified and thank u so much Susan Yabar for this workout. Anyways for the stranger scrolling by keep safe. Baiiiiiii

I really wanna lose my lower belly fat so bad, but i hate lying abs exercises.. I am loving this workout, but don’t know if it ll really help me to lose my lower belly fat or not.I am doing this 800abs along with 15 min fast walk, lets see what happens, keep liking and keep me motivated. Day 1: could do only one set got so much exausted. Day 2: Did all the 3 sets Day 3:Done Day 4: Didn't have good sleep at night, so much exhausted and done.🙂 Day 5: Done

@@preetialishareddy4953 S ...but u have to add cardio to this n a strict diet. I got a good result coz my tummy was turned out very heavy n lagging now I can feel almost it is fixed by 75%. I'm continuing this almost 2 months by 15 of this month. Starting it was difficult now I have adapted...try this.

Challenge accepted Day 1 Fun ! This is a real workout don't be fooled. 😁My legs and abs hurt during this workout. I started out with zero energy and motivation but this trainer is refreshing and up beat. Great job missy. Day 2 My abs are sore but i have completed the workout. Day 3 Done Day4 Done Day 5 Done p.s less sore Day 6 Done Day 7 Done Day 8 Done with weights Day 9 Done with weights Day 10 Done with weights

Just completed the workout , it’s very doable and I’m going to do this 4 times a week and I will report back in 30 days Day 1: complete 🌹 Day 2: complete 🌹 Day 3: complete 🌹 Day 4: complete 🌹 Day 5: complete 🌹 (I have more energy ) Day 6: complete 🌹 (too soon to tell, but I feel AMAZING) Day:10 completed (skipped 4 days because of the virus and evacuating Uni) Day 11: complete Day 12: complete (so far went down 1 pants size ) Day 13: complete Day 14: complete Day 15: complete (almost halfway!!!!!!)

I've started today hope it works.. Fingers crossed. Day 2.. Yesterday my body didn't ache but today my body was aching throughout the day but still I've managed to do workout. Day 3.. I was too tired today so I couldn't do this one today but I've done her arms workout.. M also doing walk for 40 mints daily.. Day 4..Not feeling well was having fever so couldn't do it. Day 5.. Still not well so unable to workout.. but tomorrow I will definitely do it. Day 6.. I've done the workout it hurts bcoz i' ve done it after 3 days but felt good. Day 7..i've done the workout today as well.. Day 8..done with the workout 30 mints walk and suzana arms workout which consists of almost 12 mints. Day 9.. Can't do workout Day 10 still unable to do workout

Hey Nkiruka, yes it worked for me indeed. I did this workout every day along with Pamela Reif’s six pack workout and I had amazing result in 2 weeks. I didn’t even reduce my calorie intake since I just wanted to tone up and shred my waistline. If you think of doing this go for it, you will have some fun and energy🤸‍♀️good luck.

I have start doing it from today ....It's not hurting at all ,I'm kinda worried if it's gonna work but it's fun to do ..so I'm gonna update ya'll day 1:- done (feeling burn in shoulders and back) Okay..I shouldn't have said that I can't feel the burn because my abs were killing me after workout day 2:- I am literally dying today because I'm doing yoga also before this workout and haven't eaten anything yet and I haven't taken even one day off since 22 days of yoga ..Don't be like me...take gap , eat and sleep properly ...but I have still finished the whole workout ...cheers for me

I started 11 days ago.. i barely touched the could bend down as iam an obeeseeee woman. Now i can touch the floor with my both hands and easily bend down to 45°. I feel so energetic light and flexible.... will keep on killing 800 abs till i get my belly in shape.

I don’t feel any kindaa laziness working on these exercises! These are so easy and full of fun. M on day3. Day2 felt like my body muscles are not supporting me tho😅 but lets see. Hoping to get good results. Edit- I’d done these exercises for a month and reduced 1.5 inches of my waist. Now i’ve picked her various challenges💪🏻

I love doing standing abs and this workout did not disappoint!! 800 sounds like a lot, but it goes so quickly and will get you sweating!! Loved it!!

Counting my days here. Day 1: set 2 Day 2: skipped due to waist back pain and body spring Day 3: finished all sets. Literally sweating eevn though went easy in few exercises

Doing this from now on for 2 weeks! Edit: Yow guys! it's been a week, I actually don't know if there are changes cos I cant weigh or measure myself 🤣 but, one thing I noticed is that my bones don't make crack sounds anymore when I execute the exercise. HAHA.

Hey guy's i want to share my experience with this 800 abs exercise By God this exercise is amazing instant results ☺️ Promise by God if you will do this exercise a single day then even after 3 4 days your belly will be in the same position love this exercise ❤️ you people must try this 😉👍

@@hunny585 hey hi.. arm work out twice a day.. actually i do it during my break even at work..i add small weights now..it gives me better strength and firmness..standing abs and no jump work outs are my favourite😋and of course the double chin burns which i do whenever possible 😊😊
