Susan I did four reps of this routine and your the suggested 3 for your “lift chest” video and it’s about 3 hrs later. I just took off my bra to shower and my breasts look noticeably bigger. Today morning I started to notice a some light lines around my chest, i was terrified. I exercies my face for some time and i notice the difference but I don't workout for body.
