you look fabulous! I'm a recovering anorexic who unfortunately lost a lot of breast in the process, and am recently starting to gain them back (thankfully) but I began to feel like they drooped a little because of the slight excess of skin and these tips are workouts have really been working! thank you so much!!

Susan I did four reps of this routine and your the suggested 3 for your “lift chest” video and it’s about 3 hrs later. I just took off my bra to shower and my breasts look noticeably bigger. NOTICEABLY‼️ I’m so excited can wait to start alternating these two rountines 3x a werk you’re a life saver🤗💖

Today morning I started to notice a some light lines around my chest, i was terrified. I exercies my face for some time and i notice the difference but I don't workout for body. I will try your workout I and hope i will help me. I also try some other exercises for full body. I want to start to be fit and look good for a long time. :) Thanks a lot for your work.

Well I don't know about you, but keeping a bra on for 24h is unsanitary and can cause breast cancer.

Hii ma'am.. Firstly i wud lyk to thank u, actually m early at my 20's and getting little bit sagging due to excessive weight gain and loss.. M not so much obese.. But still m getting sagging. Finally I started doing workout... So i wish I could get desired result... Love ❤😘

I will do this routine 3 times in a week as you recommend. I finished my first routine now, and upper part of my arm already burns a little bit:), hope ı can see long time benefit of this exercise. Thanks for your effort, and love from Turkey:))
