For anyone wondering if it works: IT DOES. I've only done it about 4 times a week for 2, maybe 3 weeks and there has been a noticeable difference. They've lifted and grown a cup size and my arms have gotten much stronger, too. Thank you so much, Susana! You're my hero! (Of course every person has a different experience, these are just my results).

Thanks susana. it worked 200% and i got the volume i had before. i worked hard in gym but got slow gains and that also within a long period of time. but these short and easy steps really worked. and because of exams i couldn't work out for 2 months. even then the chest stayed the same. had i gone to the gym to gain that, within that 2 months i ll end up where i started. really thanks for these. and plus even my upper back muscles grew stronger. during exam season, because of stress those muscles of mine go weaker and make it hard for me to write. but this time, even that didn't happen. thanks for making things easier. ❤

my arms are toned by force of circumstances, I'm in a wheelchair, but your exercises are useful as well as fun. They made me use other muscles too ... good good. and maybe I also learn a little English ☺🙂🔝

People asking if this will increase cup size.... NO!! 1. IT TONES THE CHEST so your bust looks perky. 2. Works on the muscles so u have a better posture. 3. Makes your chest slightly broader but firmer. 4. Tones arms and burns arm pit fat area Its really not going to take u from a 32A to a 34C. You can do pushups also. It works on chest muscle.

Im starting this today and I will keep you updated! Wish me luck. UPDATED!!!!! So I was thinking of writing an update everyday but then I thought I would not notice a difference or not. Its been a month, I see a slight difference, Not a huge one. But there is a difference. I do this twice a day for 6 days. So Sunday is the day I am off. I will continue this for another month and will come back for an update. I am going to be doing weights as well to see if it will help and if there will be a bigger difference seen. I WILL BE BACK

Adorable Princess Fairy I didn't do it daily like i was busy but... i did 5 times this week nd the results are really good... I was quite fat before 6 months and that's why I got saggy brests but now m happy and yes I also drink 2 glass of milk to firm them...

Adorable Princess Fairy make sure you make your skin well hydrated and moisturized while losing weight otherwise it will loose its ilasticity and that's how brest becomes saggy...

This is a motivational video. Why does it indicate 5 exercises when there are 4 only? I'm not sure if this will actually work for the breast size increase, but it does feel like a good workout for my arms and shoulders regardless, without having to do push-ups, etc. If the other area (breasts) improves, that will be a great side affect. :)

Can you read the title? It literally says, “lift and firm”. No, diet or enhancement pills or lotions aren’t necessary.

My goodness, I just started today August 30 2019, And whoaaaa I stop in 2nd set..it looks so simple and easy but luhh I feel pressure on my shoulder already ..heheheh tomorrow ill finish it..just 2 set for today..
