What Dev use in here actually are the popular voice line that available on internet through her entire career up until now (and popular meme). In fact, if you watch her enough, you know where it come from (stream etc). Reminder that Pekora really suck at voice act on her own voice. Yes, if you ask Pekora to do Pekora voice (like her laugh etc), she will never able to duplicate her spontaneous voice while streaming. For example in here, she tried to say *Its Me Pekora* , its sound so different. Or her *Orre* sound. I would say, of all Holo Members, maybe Pekora the one that well known and the most available voice act materials ready to use in the internet (if you watch her enough)

imo Calli has the more traditional power set for a fighting game. Scythe for melee combos from weird directions, a couple other melee weapons in the mix, sheriff's shotgun for a mid-range move, her scythe teleport from Myth's Bad End, a couple shockwave moves based on rap, and of course the reaper form as the special. Plus her personality fits the mood of the game, with their comically serious art style for the main roster. Gura is a bit more all over the place for potential mechanics - between her DMC references, water-based magic in many settings and mode switch with Red...
