Are you ready to learn Mutton Paaya from Vijaya Amma?
Key Ingredients:
Ginger and garlic
Coconut milk
Tomato and onion
Spices
Steps For Making Paaya:
Clean Goat legs
Boil in a pressure cooker in just ten whistles
Heat the pan with oil
Add the listed spices
Put Ginger and garlic paste
Put Tomato and onion paste
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, and rock powder.
Let it boil for some time. Lastly, add coconut milk and keep it for cooking.
