Suspect in custody after police chase stolen semi tractor from Portland to Vancouver

A police chase of a stolen semi tractor started in Portland and ended on I-205 in Vancouver. Two people are in custody after a standoff on I-205.

Anytime there's a "situation" on the freeway, be prepared to "camp" for hours. Keep a book in your vehicle, LE takes forever to process a crime scene.
