@@Grandmatabby That's just one. There's a whole group of kids out there committing crimes. Its like parents don't know how to discipline their kids anymore. People will eventually get fed up and start taking matters into their own hands. They keep acting like these kids are like babies. These kids are old enough to know right from wrong. It's not just stealing cars, they're also shooting and killing random people. They need to come up with a better program where they sent these kids somewhere to face consequence and to also teach them. Instead of making excuses for their bad behaviors they need to make them earn their freedom back. If they send them to jail they will only learn to become a better criminal because other people in jail will teach them and give them the outside hook-up. The laws in America are made to protect these kids, not help them face any kind of consequences for their actions. Just because they are teenagers does not excuse the fact that they are committing crimes.

Our local elections were decided by friends and family of the "candidate" because the majority of "concerned citizens" are too busy, tired, or just not interested in the local politics. Watching the news from across the country is just garbage. Complaining here about a video from Seattle, its not going to solve YOUR challenge in your community. I don't know if people in my city just auto pilot in to "National elections every 4 years". meanwhile local candidates don't even advertise, yet they had been winning for decades.. NOT anymore, even elected "officials" are being recalled and should. VOTE in your town each time a local election comes up. Some reading this DONT KNOW WHO THEIR LOCAL REPRESENTATIVEs, COMMISSIONER, MAYOR, SHERIFF, TAX ASSESSOR is/are/were---- but they "know" stuff in Chicago, Milwaukee, Seattle, Austin. My advice is get out there and vote, as small as it may seem, it has an more impact on YOUR situation. Often, comments evolve into a "Karen -vs Kyle" thing, and Thats not my intent. Get out and Vote, or STFU. I cant fix your situation, voting may not solve mine- but I "FEEL" better instead of just observing and shaking my head.

Maybe if parents know they're going to face jail time because of something their child did, they'll either start parenting or start calling the cops their damn selves when they know their kid is up to no good. When you have to pay restitution to someone because of a crime your kid committed, maybe you'll give a damn enough to do something. Like, do something before your child runs up on the right person and they end up putting them in the ground. Everyone out here is not playing. Everyone isn't just going to let it slide because "oh, it's a kid". People have gotten to another level of heartlessness out here.
