Ummmmmm New York City doesn't even put in jail people who push others onto subway tracks. Are you afraid that the DUI driver will flee the country? If so what does that say about TSA and Secretary Mayorkas........oh wait, Mayorkas takes bribe money from the Cartels so that dangerous foreign criminals can flood the country......

Alcohol merely enabled what was in his mind at the time. He was pissed at the driver in front of him and acted recklessly in anger and killed 2 people. Lesson to all who get “road rage “….. let it go. Let it go. I’m as guilty as the next. It ain’t worth it. RIP Gaudreau bros. Prayers to the family.

That's exactly it. No patience. This guy had no patience that the car in front of him was going slower. Didn't care to see WHY they were going slower. Him trying to get somewhere 30 seconds faster, now he's in prison. Absolutely not worth it. I used to drive like a lunatic too. Until I figured out you're not getting anywhere any faster. And if he has a conscience, he's gotta live with the fact he killed 2 ppl and destroyed an entire family

IT took eight months for AZDPS to make an arrest in my sons death, because of HIPPA laws. They Arizona Dept of public safety better know as the Highway patrol had a positive drug test and a confession of meth use, and it took eight months to make an arrest. Pathetic is what it was. Everyday, millions of adults drink alcohol and still manage to act responsibly. In fact, the vastly overwhelming majority of people who drink don’t act like this dude. If someone can’t drink responsibly after nearly a half century of life then that’s their own fault and nobody else’s. Just because one middle aged dunce hasn’t learned to exercise self control isn’t a good reason to limit the rights of all the other legal adults acting responsibly, just because they’re younger than the guy who DID break the law.

I used to love riding my bicycle as a kid. Back in the day, even country roads could be dangerous. However, since then the roads have remained the same and the population has doubled, including the number of vehicles. Today, S/P the onset of the internet, cell phones, Lyft and Uber, etc., there are no excuses for anyone to drive impaired, yet people do, night time, day time, anytime, which adds another level of danger being on any road. Since there is no justification for such wrecks, and human behavior cannot be legally controlled, one can only recognize the risks, and although in the right, try to avoid situations and others in the wrong. JUST SAYING...
