Crooks was 20. Classmates said he wore “hunting” or “military” clothes and sat alone during lunch. Classmates said he was bullied. He was turned down and not allowed on the highschool rifle team. He earned a science/math award. His class picture he is wearing a Mt.Rushmore/american flag t-shirt. 2 years out of highschool and only employment seemed to be a prepcook at a retirement home. The employer said they did a background check which came back clean. He is a registered Republican. The gun was registered to his father. He drove alone to the rally. He had “bomb making” material in the car. He somehow used a ladder to climb the building.

The standard is that they are not allowed to use official legal language surrounding the guilt or innocence of a suspect until a court finds the person officially guilty based on a full police investigation. I get that its probably fun to fantasize that the media is obsessed with what you think, but the way it works is that the media is obsessed with not getting sued for inaccurate reporting.
