Beautiful story and maybe a bit old fashion, but just a very sweet and innocent, yet entertaining story. It couldn't have rung anymore true this storyline (a dog's loyalty and friendship) as my four legged daughter, my Rottweiler has been diagnosed with terminal bone cancer. The love, companionship and overall dedication of a pup is unmatched. Good-night Cricket and Good-night my baby girl.

Margaret O'Brien was interviewed on Radio 360 recently about her radio appearances and they played another of her episodes,"The Screaming Woman" (which I will comment on later) This was exquisite, despite the wartime background.

This one is super sad with a little girl and a ghost , dog hero If only I had a glass of Roma cherry by the fire to enjoy this tale of suspense
