That's your opinion, not a fact. I hate it when people make comments like that on You Tube. I bought the first two albums which were great Rock albums, then she, her writers and producers went all funky. Then she went all acoustic soft Rock, which is not my cup of tea either. I thank the Rock Gods for STATUS QUO!!!!!!!!! Then I discovered The RAMONES and The SEX PISTOLS, THE SAINTS ( BRISBANE BAND ) plus the thousands of NEW WAVE BANDS that followed, B-52s, Blondie, Talking Heads, Elvis Costello, The Police, Devo, Madness, The Pretenders, XTC, The Specials, Lene Lovich, Ian Dury, The Jam, Buzzcocks, the list goes on and on.......... " Suzi's gone all funky and soft, what else is there to listen to? " Never Mind The Bollocks here's the STATUS QUO!!!!!!!!

В начале 1950-х годов семилетняя Сьюзи проводила немало времени среди музыкантов джаз-бэнда Art Quatro Trio ее отца в Мичигане, где она практиковалась в игре на ударных инструментах и постигала азы сценического искусства. Но жизнь девушки изменилась после того, как она увидела по телевизору выступления Элвиса Пресли и "Битлз". Вооружившись бас-гитарой Fender Precision Bass, которую ей дал взаймы отец, 14-летняя Сьюзи вместе с сестрами Патти и Арлин основала музыкальную группу Pleasure Seekers. Ранние песни женской гаражной группы, в особенности синглы Never Thought You'd Leave Me a и What A Way To Die, до сих пор пользуются огромной популярностью среди коллекционеров гаражного рока. Благодаря своим успехам, спустя короткое время группа смогла разделить известность с рок-легендами - Игги Попом и Элисом Купером. Когда коллектив распался в 1971 году, на Сьюзи обратил внимание британский продюсер и поп-импресарио Микки Моуст, который положил начало феерической сольной карьеры певицы, соединив барабанные установки глэм-рока с мелодичными басовыми линиями Motown Records (американская звукозаписывающая компания). Сьюзи Кватро стала одной из первых женщин рок-звезд. За свою карьеру она продала свыше 55 миллионов своих альбомов и выпустила серию мировых хитов, включая синглы Can The Can и Devil Gate Drive. quatro went funk/rock with this album in early '75,a a contrast on her previous 2 releases it wasnt a well recieved shift in direction at the time and she never recaptured the magic of those 2 earlier releases the rest of her career despite having a her biggest hit in late 1978 with a soft country rock ballad
