Its a customer bike but yeah i filled the holes with fiberglass. better off replacing it with a metal fender though, the plastic one flexes alot.

Sorry one more question, same bike won't idle runs great off idle,iam thinking isc valve can't find any specs for resistance values or which of the 4 pins to test? thanks
