Suzuki Boulevard M109R exhaust Modification

I short one on a mod I did with the exhaust,, It helps eliminate the work of the rear baffle (two in these pipes ) and gives a deeper growl and louder, but not overly louder,, It is easy to do, takes 5 mins,,, you wont regret it,,, If you want real noise then replace the pipe, but thats at a cost, plus the backfiring has to be eliminated etc,, costly... My way is easy and sounds great,, enough to make you noticed but wont piss the neighbors off,,,

I have a 2019 M109R I took your advice and did it like you did and your correct it has a deeper sound to it 👍🏼👍🏼 louder but not stupid loud

Nice video just got one of these myself and they're a great bike. Tyres are bloody expensive Im thinking of changing the front to Bridgestone with the Dunlop on the back do you think not having the same make of tyre makes much difference? Whats your opinion.

What I think may differ from others, everyone has an opinion and usually what ever tyre or combination someone has they will often tell you it is the best. I try to stick to same brand front and back, If i was changing tyres I would do both even one one wasnt to badly worn. The reason I do this is because each brand are made differently with different rubber tyre and metal compounds, so keeping front and back the same will keep one end from feeling different to the other and make the bike feel safe and secure on the road, It might not make much difference when pottering around on country roads, but when you get to highway speeds or put the M109R through its paces, you may feel something is wrong or grip and road holding may be compromised. Bridgestone are good tyres, so are Dunlop and most other brands, but I feel they do work well in equal pairs,, Let me know what you decide and how it goes,,, ;)

Hi Dan, thanks for the info. Would it matter which brand fully synthetic oil? Which brand did you use? Grtings from the Netherlands.

@@biker_dan I thought the 01 was not easy to ride until I changed for oil to 10W and to tappered steering bearings... now it really handles the corners.
