My last bike was a 2002 GSXR1000K2. I sold it 12 years ago. I had lots of bikes over the years and this was my favourite. More than enough power and handling for my abilities. I miss it, but I don't think I would be here today if I kept it. I was taking too many chances. That was the end of my 25 years of riding. The roads are just too dangerous for bikes. I had my fair share of accidents, one almost fatal. I just get my hit watching KZbin videos these days!

Lack of self control with speed is exacly why I sold my beloved GSXR! It's so hard to keep to the speed limit with one of this! Well one court case later (I managed to safe my licence) I knew I had to say goodbye. Now I'm a happy Moto Guzzi Audace 1400 owner and I love it! There's enough tourqe and acceleration in the Big Twin to keep my chuckling like a little boy but the fun stops at 130 and in all fairness it's the pull from 20-80 that is where the fun is for me now. Would I liked to keep my GSXR ovuisly would I had lost my licence on it definitely.. Grate vidoe keep up the good work Mr T

I ride a 1000 every day and feel the same way every time I get on it. LOL 2014 Ninja 1000 and just got a 2019 ZX10R. Amazing what manufacturers have done with the new bikes. I like the slower response of the ZX10R at lower RPM for cornering.

See people say sport bikes are bad because they encourage fast riding, but naked bikes are just as bad for hooligan antics. Shit loads of torque makes them wheelie machines, and they’re comfortable! From what I remember, you do with GSX-R’s - but anyway, it’s always best to hold the clutch in when you start a bike - better for the engine, plus eliminates any chance of it shooting forward if in gear

Just getting a little tingle from watching - goodness knows how I'd feel on it.. well that's not entirely true - I had a '15 S1000RR. I had to sell. Whereas I can rag other bikes, look down at the speedo and think, oh that's quick; on the S1000RR I was thinking, I'm going to prison... I absolutely love the performance, handling and looks, but the 1000cc sportsbike class is now closed for me.
