I put liqui moly leichtlauf mos 2 10w40 engine oil and liqui moly ceratec additive in my 2001 Suzuki jimny! in my Suzuki jimny I only put branded motor oils like mobil or liqui moly or q8 or the Italian brand ip oil!(greetings frome florence italy!)

Turbo's are a big no no in my country if it's not original. With our yearly inspection my Jimny will get a red card making it illegal to drive anymore until the turbo is off again 😅🙈

Also the oil in the transfer case & the gearbox if a manual. If an auto I would do a drain & topup at 50,000 or close to that.

Battery died in one of my bimmers today.. its dealer replacement only and they want 500,- bucks. So sick of these modern cars. I love my Jimny more and more every day, battery replacement would have been so easy... I even like driving it more than all my other cars. Just not for long drives unfortunately.. i will keep my Jimny forever ❤

Does the standard Jimny have an engine air filter that can be cleaned, or is it a paper replaceable filter? Also what about the cabin filter? I agree most important thing is the engine oil change.

Finaly something new from Jimny 🥰 Nice work my friend and als always a lot to laughing 😁😁😂😂😂i hope you did not throw away the good OEM Sparkplugs ?...... they are iridium plugs and good for minimum 100.000KM, did you have had Denso or NGK in your Jimny from Factory ? little hint put some silicone grease on the Spark Coils so it keeps the moisture 100% out, the rubber stays soft and don't harden out. BTW i did a full rust protection with Dinitrol Waxes on my Jimny when it was new. From Factory there is nothing not outside not inside all bone dry and ready to rust away like all new cars......

Good info! I believe the original sparkplugs are Denso as they are not NGK's :-).

Did you get to the bottom of the rusting? Is this normal for a 1 year old Jimny?

It's scraped of metal and just surface rust. Nothing to worry about if fixed quickly 😊

I love the Jimny, litteraly would take it any day over a G-wagon, Urus, or any other dumb influencer type of car! Perhaps an idea to clean up the underside and put it in some protective coating? So it lasts for longer and does not rust anymore.. now would be the time to do it before it's too late (and not talking about that "factory new 2k coating bs"

mine has almost 60k and has no rust underneath. And i go offroad every weekend. But where i live they don't put salt on the roads because snow is a rare thing.

Man, you lifted your car incorrectly. You need to lift the frame of the car and NOT body. Read a manual first.

Yeah i'm not a manual reader , I just lift it up where the point for the jack are 😅. Thought it wouldn't do some much bad thing cause the low weight of the Jimny.
