Has o ring. Thumb and two fingers up close on ratchet by socket. Engine does not vibrate like a 2 stroke.

Hey could u by any chance do a video or help me out as my 1995 quadrunner 250 seems to start up and without touching anything starts going to rev limiter but it use to just die out and seemed to not get fuel so throuh process of elimination ive cheked the float in the carb and cleaned and rejetted it but i dont know how to clean my valves as they could be sticiking

Got a 2002 Arctic cat 250 the whole engine setup deal is the same as this it looks but I’m having an issue all new electrical components including starter and all that with the compression release off it has a lot of compression can’t pull it when I engage compression release it feels way too easy and feels like no compression period PLEASE REPLY
