He said that he came from Beijing and rode all the way from Beijing to Tibet, so feel free to go boldly. The only advice is to be careful of the animals on the road. There is a high probability that you will meet wild wolves and Tibetan horses and bears on the roads in Hoh Xil and Ali areas. They are very dangerous animals, and you can take the passing trucks on the road when passing through these areas.
