A sea chart showing my planned landfall in Chile hava arrivied and important Peter in uniform

Originally the plan was to sail to NZ eastabout south of Africa and Australia. however after much thinking a new plan Falkland Islands Cape Horn and a landfall in southern Chile was decided on.
The ordered sea chart for the possible places in Chile have arrived.
With the help of Peter it is now pinned in the corridor for me to see every day and get inspiration.
Peter is a memeber of the Home Guard preparing to help defend our country against invaders.

You'll enjoy the east coast of Chiloe, the area around Castro town especially. There are many sheltered anchorages, small shipyards for repair and maintenance, and very hospitable people.

I went on Google Earth and checked out that island. It looks a lot like Norway, no wonder why all the Norwegian fish farms. It looks like a pretty nice place.

Is the tide/current info on those charts? Chile looks huge and fascinating! Good that Peter is involved with protecting the homeland. I heard there were big riots in Sweden.

Pictures I have seen on youtube seems to indicate about 2 meter tide range. Now with twin keels I can dry out.
