That Indy race was yet another ripper Xfinity race. Am glad you mentioned the spectacular driving from the first three cars, that was an awesome race. SVG made some epic passes and looked like the Shane we've been warning you Yanks about. We've not been bragging, just stating a fact. The guy is a freak. He's one of those drivers.

If you watch Shane in Supercars, when ever his wet weather tyres are overheating as the track dries out, he always edges off track to cool the tyres down on the wet grass. At Bathurst he does it every wet race at nearly 200 mph down Conrod Straight.

SVG understands how to drive in the wet, maybe better than any other driver in Xfinity or Cup. Some may argue this point, but I'm just saying maybe. SVG is a great wet weather driver, he loves it when it's wet and on a damp track with slicks, he likes it even more. In V8 Supercars he always got better towards the end of a race, in those races it was because he's good at saving his tyres, the same pattern seems to be happening in the Xfinity races.

The Giz, with his talent has added a bit of spice to Nascar. He's teaching Nascar drivers about turning right... just like Nascar drivers are teaching him how to turn left, and only left. Hopefully he learns faster than them and that way he wins a championship... just like Mclaughlin will eventually win a indycar championship. Awesome review bro!

36 hours, man you guys are dedicated, well done. Points mean he's very close now to top ten...Pocono was a real shame but doesn't matter now...Starting to like Austin Hill actually, a little! You're right there's a fine line between good, even very good, and then great!

I think the car difference has come because Bruce his crew chief is trusting his feedback more now so they’re getting it sorted a lot quicker. The cars still aren’t great straight off the truck but they’re sorting it out quicker so SVG can drive forward earlier. Some of dishes 3 wide moves down the straight were awesome.

Basically SVG was on wet tyres on a drying track, he went off into the grass two tyres at a time to cool them off. But the kicker is, the speed he was doing 250+ down mt Panorama what a 😈. Ps officials soon banned the action 😆 🤣 😂

I'd guess AJ has a spoof social media account and watches your show and he is the one the criticizing SVG's on the grass moves. AJ seems like a good dude but he has to be thinking Shane has him totally outclassed and it won't be long till Shane is consistantly beating him on ovals. To rub salt into AJ's wounds Daniel Dye got the better of him - ouch.

I felt the race itself was faily average with a great finish. The Xfinity car is one of the best in all of auto racing, and NASCAR should really look to this car as the blueprint for any upgrades or overhauls they may do to the Cup car in the coming years. My fear is that they're going to bury their heads in the sand, pretend like the Cup car is accomplishing everything they want it to, and just wait it out for another 5 years before we get the Gen 8 car. They screwed up with the limited real-world testing because they thought the sim they were using was accurate enough to just take to the track in real life, but they won't ever admit that's what happened. They could so easily fix the issues with this car if they just asked the teams to help. It would probably be a near-flawless car if they gave the teams a few months to fix it, but NASCAR's suits are too arrogant and incompetent to do anything like that.
