Thanks for the video. I'm looking forward to your review. Here in the USA, the TRAX ADV set is $1500 and the Dusc set is $1300. Both include side racks/mounts for a R1250GS. I was expecting the Dusc to be much less expensive.

I just bought the TRAX top case. After a lot of shopping, I gotta say I was expecting all cases from all brands to be much less expensive. Ouch.

Thanks! Here is Europe they are more or less the same price. It I will see how different they are in real world applications.

Great topic Sergey, I am used to my Tracer's cases which they open in same way to the dusk version and every time i need something from i need to open the box very slowly otherwise ended up all over the floor, unless i use the inner bags ( i do have them also ), I do like the functionality of the aluminium ones , but as you say, there are heavier , also will probably look hideous on the Tracer .

Hey Alin. 100% ADV cases won't look good on Tracer :) Thanks for tuning in!

After a 200 km trip I think finger prints will be at the bottom of the list re: wear and tear. I think we spend to much time trying to keep things pristine. I have a 20 year old suitcase that is more ducktape than original but it still does the job. knocks and scratches to me add to the provenance of the product and show they’ve actually been used in anger. Good initial review btw.

I agree with you on that. Same time i cannot not mention that, as for someone great appearance can be important too.

Agree with you there, appearance to some is everything. To me, an item is there to do a job. Knocks and scrapes are part of that “job”.
