She legit only wanted to be a ninja JUST to get with Sasuke. Compared to the broken homes of a Lee, Naruto, Neji, and Hinata(Her parents were controlling and no room for some concept of fun just training where she was always bashed below her sister). Or Ninja Clan talents in Ino, Shikimaru, Shino and Choji were being a strong ninja was in the blood. TenTen is a mystery but she was inspired by the great lady Tsunade(tragedy that TenTen was NEVER developed that way for her idol). Then you have Sasuke who we all know the story of his obsession of being the avenger of his clan. Sakura character never amounted to much in the beginning and it was still the same at the end. All because of her ties with Sasuke destroying character growth in Shippuden. Her best arc was vs Sasori where she did do pretty well in as an assist and gave you excitement of what her development was going to be for the rest of the show but sadly nothing happened

I wouldn't say that Guy got jealous more that he was upset that Sasuke used one of his protégé's signature moves that he used with little effort when that move probably took a lot of effort for Lee himself to get to that scale. That and Kakashi taught Sasuke an assassination jutsu when he very well knew that Sasuke was pretty unstable and shouldn't have been taught it as he would have no love loss over using it against his own comrades if they got in the way.

Well to be fair, Gaara never actually hit Sasuke while Sasuke was literally tearing bits of Shukaku off him. It was basically Gaara's regeneration vs. Sasuke's chakra limit. Even Naruto got slapped around. And Naruto's base form has never been stronger than Sasuke's in Taijutsu, even in Shippuden.

You forgot to bring up the fact that Sasuke had beaten temari before fighting gaara again when gaara and Temari and their brother were trying to flee and when he was able to use the sharingan for the first time against haku, he was able to keep up with Haku's ice mirror attacks. Also before Sasuke's first fight with Naruto and later the sound ninja four, he was in a coma for days if not weeks.

Bac King Just because A>B and B>C, doesn't mean A>C in this case. If Sasuke is restrained by Kidomaru's webs (which he would be) I don't know if he has anything that can destroy them. Tayuya has extreme range with her illusions and demons, but he might actually beat her IF he can break free. And Sakon beat Sasuke in that brief fight without even using his weird ass techniques. So yeah, I think they all have a very fair chance of killing the dude if they mean it.

I always though that the whole "Narutos Rasengan is stronger then my Chidor" mindset that Sasuke got into came from his frustration and ineptitude to see the situation for what it was. Basically the jutsu focus on 2 different things (at least that is how I always saw it). Saskes chidori did not blow a huge hole in the water tank because that is not how it works. Chidori is a jutsu that is supposed to pierce the oponent while the rasengan is more about blowing shit up (not really but you get what I mean). So to me it was always a misconception of an immature, frustrated Sasuke that lead him to think that just because one of the made a bigger hole it is automatically better.

@@junglejuice4761 Well, no. The entire point was that Sasuke was getting frustrated by Naruto's growth. That was why he even challenged him on the hospital rooftop in the first place. Sasuke was desperate to prove to himself that he was stronger than Naruto, and seeing how much damage the Rasengan did to the water tank sent the opposite message; That Naruto was much stronger than him. Sasuke still saw Naruto as weak garbage, too, so it really meant that he was weaker than Naruto, who was weak garbage, making Sasuke weaker than "weak garbage." And that made him determined to do anything to become stronger... and then the Sound 4 came along and showed him what Orochimaru could do for him. Sasuke didn't just want more power. He was trying to compensate for his feelings of inadequacy. "Naruto, this terrible loser, is blazing past me. There must be something wrong with me. I must just be weak." But like the OP said, Sasuke just didn't understand that the Rasengan and the Chidori function differently. The Chidori is meant for piercing and is just outright way more lethal. The Rasengan is less focused and more explosive, so of course it would look like it does more damage to an inanimate object. But more than that, Sasuke didn't even know about the Kyuubi at that point. Sasuke sees Naruto take out Gaara, an opponent that he couldn't beat, and gets frustrated, even though Naruto only managed to do it because of the Kyuubi. Sasuke sees that Itachi is more interested in Naruto and feels inadequate, not realizing that it was just because Naruto had a demon fox in him. That Rasengan/Chidori shit was just the straw that broke the camel's back.

To be fair, Sasuke could copy Lee’s techniques, but he had to push his body to the absolute limit to match the speed (weightless) Lee can go at normally. A few things that I feel like you left out. 1. 1:12. Not only was sasuke able to breath use that fire attack which no genin his age should be able to use, but in the flashbacks Sasuke has been able to use that attack since he was 7 (Temari is 14 to 15 when she first appeared in the series) 2. 1:59. He's able to take out multiple water clones (each one said to have 1/10 of Zabuza's power) by himself with ease (to which both Zabuza and haku were impressed) after having chakra control training to which upon first meeting zabuza; he and naruto had to work together just to get pass one water clone. 3. Is able to keep up with haku and outpace him (haku being 15 and said to be in many ways tougher than zabuza) and upon awakening his one tomoe Sharingan he was able to counter Haku's attacks despite the ice mirrors massively increasing his speed. 4. The sound ninja were able to beat Rock Lee (weights) who while wearing weights was able to beat Naruto and a 2 tomoe Sharingan Sasuke with ease. 5. Technically, Sasuke's chidori won him the fight with gaara, since he couldn't stand on his own and needed to be carried by Temari whom Sasuke followed and even beat Temari (who is 14 to 15) in a short fight before fighting gaara again who with the break in action was able to fight Sasuke again. 6. When Sasuke first fight Naruto on the roof. Sasuke was bed ridden (In the manga he had just awaken from his coma that itachi had put him in.)

About the rooftop fight, Sasuke had just gotten out of the hospital. Him being weaker than Naruto there doesn’t really indicate much. However, when it comes to valley of the end, it needs to be said that Sasuke was going for the kill until the very end when Naruto was defenceless and had shown clearly that he wasn’t. Even at the end, Naruto scratched Sasuke’s forehead protector (wow I wish I knew the Japanese word, it sounds so stupid in English) to prove he could and Sasuke was actually trying to damage/kill Naruto. I never thought the Rasengan was an inherently more powerful jutsu than the Chidori, unless it's stated somewhere. Chidori was made by Kakashi to be a lightning style Rasengan, for someone who can use Rasengan and still choosing to use Chidori/Raikiri (yes the latter is slightly better, but technically the same Jutsu) it wouldn't make sense for Rasengan to be stronger. What is shown to me on the rooftop battle is that Chidori and Rasengan are both very powerful, but have different properties, Chidori being a piercing technique and Rasengan being an explosive/pushing technique, which was why the first hole was small but the second hole is huge. That and it could be to show Naruto is inherently more powerful than Sasuke (at least at that moment) In the first Valley of the End fight, Naruto had already been traveling for a while and used a few hundred clones on Mr. Bones, while Sasuke literally took a nap up until that point, which would mean Naruto was at least slightly more worn going into their fight. I don't see anything that proves Chidori is weaker than Rasengan, it's just a different Jutsu used by a different person. (I'll debate that shit if anyone wants to) Also, super fuckin' salty about the shit Naruto and Sasuke do during and after the 2nd round of the Chunin exams, putting Lee to shame with almost no training in comparison to him. I hate when side characters get shafted and main characters get sucked off because the plot armor demands it.

Ok but didn't Naruto also spam kyuubi chakra against Mr. Bones? Oh and lets not forget Naruto was also carried by his team lol. Also I'm also salty that you think Naruto and Sasuke DON'T train. The hell do you think they did their whole lives? They trained and Sasuke was a prodigy of course he'd put Lee to shame. And Naruto has kyuubi how is anyone gonna beat him? It took Lee 1 year to learn 5 gates.... Sasuke took 1 month to reach no weights Lee and still wasn't at his lvl (especially in stamina) and Kakashi mentions how it's impossible for someone to learn gates in 1 year. So who has the plot armour? It's Lee. Glad he got shafted.

Lee went from nothing to his level by training all day everyday since he entered the academy. Sasuke matched that in a Month and was able to perfectly mimic his style, don't tell me they don't have plot armor in comparison to Lee after that.

Might as well have said he knew 8 gates and I would be just as surprised not more. Tell me that doesn't sound fishy. Is Lee also a prodigy? Most likely in taijutsu and is referred to as a genius in hard work. So is it farfetched to think that he reached base Lee? I mean just base Lee and BARELY TOO. I just don't see the problem. Yes it was weird for me too but then I find out Lee did an even crazier feat. Naruto was kinda nerfed (by Orochimaru with the 5 elemental seal), was fatigued yet beat Kiba on steroids. In the data books I believe it said that he puts mental strains on himself which limits your chakra, people theorise Kakashi did the same (so maybe after meeting his dad in limbo the retrains were gone?). Anyway, it's Uchiha with chidori (perfect counter against sand armour), boy with kyuubi and both are mc's against Lee who becomes nerfed due to overusing gates Tsunade said he should give up on being a ninja (in fact 50/50 he would've died during the surgery even tho tsunade a sannin was doing it!). So it kinda makes sense ngl.

Sasuke outclassing gaara in his first with him was my favorite moment for sasuke the final fight between him and Naruto sasuke was winning that fight until Naruto got nine tails and beats his ass.

Didn't really outclass Gaara, Gaara camped in the middle of the field and prayed while Sasuke charged up his Chidori. If Gaara had been going as aggressive as he did V Rock Lee Sasuke would have been toast.
