Alex came up with the idea for a transition from Folded Leaf into Reverse Bird on Hands. Initially she was using her hands on my torso for balance, and I suggested just using my own arms for the extra support.
As in the video:

Repeat or finish.
This simple and challenging 2 position machine is a little bit like a Propeller that is half done on Base hands.
After doing this, I wanted to try making versions of it passing through different Side Stars. As these machines are about two Birds, we decided to name them after an acrobatic bird - the acrobatic Swallow.
