It is the transition from Reverse Revolution, which is a symmetrical machine, but combined with something else and this is asymmetrical :)

Thank you. Most of the music I use is detected by KZbin and credited to the respective artists, the vast majority of rights holders allow it to be used. I've had a few attempts where, after uploading a video, the video was blocked because of copyright - in those few situations, I used a different music or a different cover of the same music.

Thanks :) I actually prefer to Fly - although I also love to Base. I rarely have good opportunities to train as a Flyer, so I make the most of them.

That looks pretty nifty, would a pair of novice tier participants be able to do this? Does that hurt the crotch? Would it hurt the heavier they were? I would like to give it a try with the (my) wife as a future exercise routine, since it looks quite good on her core and both his legs were making use of much of the range of motion and under consistent loads so it seems like a great and fun approach.

Hi! This sequence is on the easy side but if you are complete beginners I would start with some other sequences. On my KZbin Channel you can find a playlist called "Acroyoga Inclusivo" which has all the sequences I think are both accessible and safer. Thanks Carina. As I mentioned to Jacob Brown on Instagram... I'm really proud of this machine! I had it in mind for a while. Adi passed through Lisbon and I asked her to do quite some things from my acro machines wish list. This is possibly the hardest machine on my videos so far, and she made it easy for me to Base it!
