That inverter seemed way too amateurish to be intervening these guys. I would have expected more respect, they looked very uncomfortable.

I'm gonna be a negative Nancy here, but I'll try to be constructive. Your interviewing style really needs some work. I can't imagine it's easy if a subject has nothing to say, but that's why you should try to be prepared with follow-up thoughts or questions (if you're not good at improvising) so you can lead the conversation if the subject fails to. Don't linger on the "well, I think, uh... maybe..." and underline that with a close-up shot! It makes for an awkward interview and an interviewee that is clearly uncomfortable. If all else fails, work on your editing. Cut out hang-ups or leave questions out entirely if they amount to nothing. I would rather watch a 3 minute interview that flows well. Thanks for the interview anyway. It's not all bad, just in desperate need of focus.
