Story Time: Story of Adi Shankara's Debate with Lord Shiva and Veda Vyasa

In this LIVE story session, Swami Purnachaitanya in his beautiful style narrates the compelling story of how the great saint Adi Shankaracharya had a special meeting with Lord Shiva, who enlightened him about the Supreme Truth, as well as how he found his first disciple, Padmapada. It concludes with his meeting with Veda Vyasa, who blessed his work on the Brahmasutras, as well as blessed him with prolonged life.
Swami Purnachaitanya is a disciple of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and is originally from The Netherlands. He is an expert on Yoga, Meditation, Mantras, Ayurveda and Vedic Wisdom. He is a Senior Faculty and Director of Programs of The Art of Living.

Amazing!! I am getting so much inspiration and learnings from them. By age 16 ,Adi Shankaracharya had already met and discussed with Lord Shiva(and other deities,if I am not wrong),Ved Vyas ji,proponents of opposing streams of thought,defeated them in debate,acquired taught and transferred this knowledge ,to disciples. By age 16,I still have not completed akhanda Brahmacharya,have not seen God in the way I wish,and am confused and left with no answers to my questions,which I planned to ask God Almighty,and flunk my school exams. Just look at the contrast .....☹️😢 Edit:Not that I can compare with myself with the Guru,but I felt to do so nonetheless.

Don't think these are stotras... he just addressed them with a lot of reverence. The detailed accounts are there in some of the Shankara Vijayas.
