@@namamipande1436 between 8 and 80 everyone who is able it's wise to avoid food on EKADASI so as to spend the day in Bhakti to Bhagavan. Unless one has serious health issues. If one can not go without water, then have water, if not just water then have just fruit, and if not just fruit, have raw milk from Indian cow only, but not at the same time as eating fruit, and if still too hard have one meal in evening, but no grains or beans. The ritual of fasting is to free the body and mind so as to focus more on japa. HARIBOL ! Namaskar 🙏🏽💜🕉️

Papankusha - Ekadasi Yudhishthira maharaj said, Oh Madhusudana, what is the name of the Ekadasii that comes during the light fortnight of the month of Ashvina (September - October)? Please be merciful and disclose this truth to me." The Supreme Personality of Godhead Sri Krishna replied,..,..................
