Tarantula grip shoes .......! They have the amazing ability to hold tiny rocks and pebbles in the tread so you can (get a grip) on ice but still walk around without having to ware crampons basically big metal spikes that strap to your boots.. Ether that or just make your boot grips out of Michelin tires ..my wild racer 2 is so soft and gummy of a compound they actually grip the ice it's like magic..
